Ottawa - Southeastern Ontario Vacation Packages

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, attractions, shopping and public transportation. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Actually it was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. It was nice that they provided free bottled water, considering how hot it was outside.. I also like the fact that they had a lot of umbrellas for their guests, which we took advantage of. We arrived early and were given a room right away, greatly appreciated. Everyone was really friendly. Unfortunately, did not take advantage of the rooftop bar. We definitely had a wonderful stay and would consider staying there again. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

C’était bien pour le prix, mais ça aurait pu être un peu mieux disons! Plusieurs rénos à faire, le plafond coulait dans la salle de bain et il n’y avait pas de séchoir.. par contre le lit était quand même confortable! Il nous manquait aussi une information importante lors du Check in pour le parking .. bref c’était ok!

I absolutely did not like that we were watched by many street people as we parked beside the residence. We paid for parking and it was not supervised at night. My husband was harassed by a women that wanted to come up to our room and there was a homeless at the door entrance, I could barely open the door when we arrived. The staff was excellent, polite and very helpful. I do not recommend at all! Sorry
