The greeting at check-in was warm and efficient. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were uniformly helpful and cheerful. There was a fire alarm just before check-out, and I was unable to bring my luggage to the ground floor to leave as planned. The maintenance staff went to the 5th floor and brought down my luggage and the personal items that I had left in my room. They were extremely helpful in a difficult situation. I was most grateful for the service.

We had a relaxing visit. Pool was great and not too busy, breakfast was good. Room was very quiet, lots of space. Bedding was nice but too warm. Beds a little soft. Great to be able to park indoors in the cold temperatures. Staff was helpful and friendly especially the ladies who helped at vreakfast.
