When I arrived to my room, there was only a half a roll of tissue for a three night stay no additional tissue was in the bathroom tried to call down to the front desk. The phones were not working. The Wi-Fi was not working. The hotel is kind of run down, the elevator was shaky. The only thing that I enjoyed about to say was the fact that there was a restaurant next-door the free breakfast that’s included the first day they ran out of meat at 7:30 AM and breakfast started at seven.
It was convenient. The hotel is looking shabby and worn. Bathtub didn’t drain, hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was good though
They had to go check 3 rooms to see if they were clean before they found one that was 'clean' (it was around 8pm so we were not pushing them on housekeeping). When we did get into our room the floor did not appear to be vacuumed, sheets were stained, and toiletry bottles had broken seals.
Stay away. This place is filthy and falling apart. Stained blankets, curly hairs in the bedding, floors weren't vacuumed, nightstand covered in soda residue, bathroom fixtures were breaking out of the walls, guests were fighting <- this is no fault to the hotel but this place attracts the wrong type of people at this point.
The location was great for us and the room was a good size for our longer stay. The hotel is short staffed for cleaning, so we had to ask for towels and toilet paper whenever we needed it. The room needed should've been vacuumed a little more before we got there. The most annoying thing was that we had a very small cube fridge and it sat on the floor.
Traffic noise but staff was great especially Brad
Breakfast was VERY delicious; hot options were available. A bar was nearby but we did not hear a lot of noise from there. We were pleased and would stay there again.

The area around the property was good including a pub and walking trails. The breakfast was good and afternoon cookies were great when available. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Experienced some noise from other guests but not too bothersome. Hot tub worked well.
The property is obviously an older property but it has been maintained very well. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I highly recommend for business travelers that need something in the area.

The lobby was clean and updated but the rooms were older looking and feeling with moldy grout in the shower.
Front desk staff was terrific when we got there -- got us into a room quickly even though we arrived 3 hours before the official check-in time. Gave us a helpful briefing on all we needed to know. We did not receive maid service on the second day of our stay (I don't know if that's something one must request specifically or not). On our second night, the hotel was invaded by a very large group of extremely loud and rambunctious high school boys. Not sure that the staff could have done much to help that situation. The free breakfast was nice, and the breakfast attendant allowed me to take some items to go, because we had to leave before the official start time of breakfast on Saturday.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. We were visiting relatives so not in the room much so was ok, but there are better options out there. We stayed for a week, asked 2 days ahead for cleaning on Saturday, did not happen until Monday, the day before we left. The bathroom was updated but very dirty. All floors needed a serious deep cleaning. Pictures of the room are deceiving which is not unusual for Orbitz or similar websites. We choose this hotel because of the Radisson name. I did not think the condition of the property was equal to Radisson's typical standards.

This hotel is dirty and needs a tons of updates. We will never stay there again. When I tried to talk to the manager about our concerns she just said I’ll talk to my staff and hung up.
