Ferienwohnung mit einigen Mängeln
An sich keine schlechte Ferienwohnung, geräumig, relativ neu in ruhiger Wohnlage. Jedoch gab es einige Mängel, die bei der Preisklasse nicht vorkommen sollten. 1. Die Fenster und die Balkontür ließen sich nicht ohne weiteres öffnen. Die Dichtungen waren verklebt und beschädigt, sodass man ziemlich Gewalt anwenden musste, ältere Personen hätten die Fenster und die Balkontür nicht öffnen können. (alle Dichtungen müssten ersetzt werden) 2. Warmwasser und Heizung funktionierten nicht richtig. Das Wasser musste man sehr lange laufen lassen, bis es warm wurde. Hatte man das Wasser kurz ab gestellt, z. B. weil man sich unter der Dusche einseifen wollte, war es wieder eiskalt. Die Heizung war mehr als sparsam eingestellt. Es war zwar während unseres Kurzurlaubes nicht sehr kalt, jedoch etwas kühl und klamm in der Wohnung. Wenn die Heizung auf 5 gestellt wurde, war der Heizkörper wenn überhaupt, nur minimal warm. Die Handtücher im Badezimmer trockneten so nur sehr schlecht. 3. In der Küche war kein Backofen vorhanden, dass sollte man doch bei der Preisklasse erwarten können. 4. Die Geschirrspülmaschine konnte kaum befüllt werden, weil viel zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden war. Also musste man das Geschirr wieder aus der Spülmaschine nehmen und mit der Hand abwaschen. Fazit: Für den Preis, dürften solche Mängel nicht vorkommen unter den gegebenen Umständen würde ich die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten.

Empfehlenswert wäre
1. Fön
2. Geschirr für 4 Personen zu knapp (Spülmaschine kommt sehr oft zum Einsatz)
3. Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad ist zu empfehlen
4. Große Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung ( immenser Wasserverbrauch ehe das temperierte Wasser kommt).
5. Deckenlampe im 2.Schlafzimmer ist defekt
6. Baulärm in unmittelbarer Nähe

Ruhig und gut ausgestattet
Ruhige Wohnung, dennoch alles gut erreichbar. Schöner Balkon, in der Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig mit viel Stauraum. Auch ein später Check in ist völlig problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Blitzblank
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber! Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, ist das kein Beinbruch. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr angenehm!
Der Weg zum Strand ist auch zu Fuß zu bewältigen, mit dem Fahrrad natürlich wesentlich bequemer. Rundherum sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne FEWO im Zentrum von Prerow
Gut geeignet für Familie mit zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, kurze Wege zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. An die Strände fährt man am besten mit dem Fahrrad.
