台風の影響で、高速道路や電車が止まって移動手段なく、宿泊キャンセルをExpediaポリシーに従って実施するも、ホテル側のポリシーで全額チャージ。6ヶ月以内に再利用出来るというが旅行で来てるのにどうやって？ キャンセルの連絡するも、翌日またホテルから連絡あり、チェックインされていないと言われる…。 ホテル側の事情もわからなくもないが…。もう使いたくないホテルだわ。
