Its a self served hotel with no help or service at all. The rooms r relatively bigger than the usual Japanese hotels but nobody will clean your room and this location is not closed to any hotspot except the castle. Even the locals said this is usually the locals area not for tourist. There were alot of banding on walls and the walls r very thin so it is not as quiet as said in the website. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel so that was nice. If u travel with kids, better stay somewhere else cuz it's quite far from metro and kids get tired easily.

地理位置不错，附近有超市，冶安安全。步行到大街叫的士服务或步行到地铁站只需5分钟，对自助旅行的一家人是非常方便的选择。同时，能一家大小住在同一间房间方便了我们住宿的安排，虽然房间有点小，但“五脏俱全”。店长的态度和服务都不错，了解在清理房间的条件非常有限，但如果卫生条件能提升的话，一切就完美了。最后，谢谢店长送的小礼品！

Lovely place to stay in a wonderful area.

We had a great authentic experience in a clean, comfortable room. The location is close to many wonderful, small shops and also near the subway. Our hosts went out of their way to help my family when my son was ill. The check in and check out is very easy and straight forward. We'd love to stay again in the future.

Good location, OK condition

We stayed in a triple room for 2 nights in Osaka. The triple room we had was 3 Japanese futon style beds on a bamboo floor. It's a traditional Japanese setup, but would take some getting used to if you're accustomed to a Western-style bed. They do seem to have normal rooms, though. Our room got very hot when we were away, and the air conditioner was not too powerful. We could open the window, but it didn't really have a functional screen. The bathroom was fine, our 6' 1" friend could use the shower comfortably. Overall the condition was OK, not great, but usable if you're flexible. The location is good. The place is in a very residential neighborhood that's about 5 min walking distance to the nearest subway station. It's very quiet at night, and close to a few convenience stores. Restaurants in the Dotonbori area are about a 20 min walk away. Overall we were OK with the Japanese style beds and could deal with the temperature in the room, so we enjoyed our stay.

Nice two story Villa apartment with three beds upstairs and a double bed in living room. Directions provided make finding building easy. Kitchen not stocked with utensils or dinnerware so come prepared if intending to use. Very clean and pleasant place to stay.
