WE LOVED IT!! so amazing and so pretty and near the station ugh just what we needed for my DAS auntie who has trouble walking the station was close by with an elevator. DAS service was very amazing. We love the staff and the unlimited amenities. Room was nice and clean and perfect. Thank you richmond hotel for our nice stay in OSAKA!! whoooo will be coming back !!!

Lovely hotel. Stayed here for two nights and the staff couldnt be more helpful. They sorted out our luggage forwarding for us to our next hotel. Room was huge compared to our hotel room in tokyo and really quiet. Amenities available were also really good. A convenience store just down the street too.

I was happy with our stay, easy to ride the train/ subway...felt safe when traveling later than normal. Want to specifically speak to the kindness, sweetness and hard working cleaning staff who do a lot behind the scenes (5 Stars). Train station is very close. There are restaurants and grocery shop around the area, but is pretty limited.very close to the main city. Totally recommend for those who want a peaceful night after a busy day in the city! Also, the room we got was bigger than common Japan hotel rooms.

The twin bedroom its good. the room is large it can accommodate all of us. The bathroom and toilet it’s separate it’s good. The place it’s near the convenience store, supermarket and restaurant.

Pro: Kids friendly. They prepare kid slippers and there's a reading corner for kids in the first floor. Near Metro station, 2-3 mins working. 15-20mins to Namba or downtown area. The Room was spacious. I drove my baby stroller into the room[don't need to fold]. A convenience store is 1-2 mins working and the grocery store is on the other side of the road. For food options, there Coco curry and other BBQ Raman nearby Cons: A little bit old, the style, the carpet. but they clean it well. The laundry room has 4 wash and dry all-in-one machines. Their dry function is not powerful enough. Took me 1-2 hours to dry a medium load[4 rounds ].
