Although my stay was a short one, I very much enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very kind, and very helpful when I tried to forward my luggage to my next hotel. I had made a mistake that became this huge thing, but the employee was very kind in helping me trying to figure it out. He was also willing to call the company that forwards the luggage, in order to help me correct my mistake. Plenty of interesting restaurants around, train entrances, were pretty much on every corner around the hotel.

It was a little disappointing then other hotels i stayed at on my trip to japan. Some other hotels offered some complimentary amenities such as bath or a common area with coffee and tea. Even we asked for room cleaning, the beds weren’t made. If i had to come back to osaka i will not choose that hotel!

Clean room with all the expected amenities. Very friendly staff, I’d always get an “ohayo” or “konnichiwa” when walking past. Very convenient location, just 1 stop away from Osaka station, although Osaka is so pleasant that I’d usually just walk 15 minutes instead of taking the train. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

The space is just right for the 3 people. Bathroom space just enough for you to move sometimes you will hit the wall for some reason lol. Cleanliness is my main priority. The bed is good for us if other firm isn’t good for them for us just right. 7-11 and restaurant for ramen just around the property and it’s beautiful. We had a great time there.
