Don't trust the DYADO property group. The seemingly comprehensive & content rich slick confirmation/welcome email cited 2 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES, with 2 DIFFERENT SECURITY CODES to unlock the front door. My wife & son entered the 1st address to discover a Korean family surprised that we had the security code while they were in residence. The Host did not reply to our email sent before noon for a possible earlier check-in. The 2nd attachment in the confirmation/welcome email cited an address at the OPPOSITE SIDE of Osaka. Expedia still could not contact the host. My wife took a chance & went to the 2nd address via the metro rail & taxi. At 3pm, only 1 hour before the 4pm check-in, the maid showed up & allowed my wife to leave the luggage & get dinner. The 3-story single family residence was clean, new, & well furnished. Because of concerns that maybe the door security codes are never changed & what happened to the Korean family could happen to us, my wife and son dragged their rolling computer bag around Osaka. By the time I caught up to my wife, it was now almost 8pm & dark. Expedia still could not contact the vendor. While on the phone, we were discovered the house was immediately adjacent to the noisey metro rail; the house vibrated! DO NOT TRUST OR RENT FROM THE DYADO PROPERTY GROUP. Non-responsive vendor!? Same security codes? No railway disclosure? Refused to cancel & refund? Clean-up 1 hr prior to check-in? DO YOU WANT TO FEEL VULNERABLE AWAY FROM HOME? Quality Control?
