Booked six nights and used this location as connecting point To Hiroshima, Kyoto, Miyajima, Kobe and Okayama. Although room was very small, it was clean, safe and reasonably quiet. Rooms are cleaned daily. Body shampoo, hair shampoo and conditioner are provided and it’s not the sample size usually provided by hotels. Bathrobe and slippers also provided. I’m not a fan of heavy Japanese breakfast but decided to try it on my last day. You definitely get options. Check in and check out were fast. Personnel speak minimal English which is fine unless you are looking for deep conversations, so not a big deal for me. They were friendly and available which is important to me. There is a luggage scale available in lobby which comes in handy if you go overboard with souvenirs.
Cleanness 4/5 Staff 4/5 English is better than other hotel in Japan Breakfast 2/5 low quality Bathroom 3/5 too small but think it is average in Japan I stayed one night and it was not that pleasant experience due to noise. Seems like wall btw room and room is very thin so I can hear everything in next room. people in next door kept kicking the wall and people in hall way made horrible noise until late night. It was so so so horrible. Hotel was nice but the guests were terrible and terrible.
This hotel is good value for money given its location to Shinsaibashi and Dontoburi where it's every shopaholic and foodie's dream come true! Unfortunately the wi-fi was extremely slow, mostly hopeless throughout our 4 days stay. In addition, room for improvement on housekeeping. Our dirty utensils were left unwashed each day & there were black/green moss lining around the shower area. Otherwise, the room was relatively clean. No biggie for us as like many other reviews, the location factor trumps it all :)
I stayed at this hotel at the end of June in 2017. The following is my information one by one. LOCATION: This hotel is located near(on) Nagahoribashi station and it takes within 1min from the station. You can walk to Shinsaibashi station and it takes 10-15mins from the hotel. ROOM: I had a reservation of single room at that day. I think the size of the room is a bit of small, comparing with other hotel but I did not feel uncomfortable and this size is usual lately in Japan. Free WiFi: Off course, free WiFi is prepared and the speed of connection is good and I did not feel any stress. BREAKFAST: I did not have breakfast when I stayed but you can have it on the 1st floor. CONVENIENCE STORE: There is a convenience store named seven-eleven over Nagahoribashi street and you need to go across. It takes within 1-2mins but it depends on traffic-lights. AMENITIES: Almost all amenities are prepared for me but it does not for women.
Typical "business hotel", with very small, compact rooms. We stayed in a semi-double and the bed was queen-sized, I believe. I mention this as some business hotels have beds which are smaller than queen size. Kettle and tea provided, with a small under-counter fridge. Compact bathroom with toothbrush and toothpaste and towels provided. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Ventilation outlet was dusty, but the room was otherwise very clean. Location is convenient, near to Nagahoribashi station (also accessible from Shinsaibashi station walking about 10 mins through Crysta Underground Mall - use exit North 3 for nearest exit to hotel). It is about 10 to 15 minutes' walk to Dotonburi area. A few convenience stores near hotel, and a supermarket (Foodium) nearby as well. Apart from a grumpy staff who refused to check us in when we arrived early morning, staff were friendly and tried to be helpful otherwise.
It was our first time to visit Japan and we decided to book this hotel as the room rate during that time was cheap. The room is small but clean. There is a small bath tub where you can soak yourself at the end of the day. Bath robe, Tooth brush, shampoo , body wash, shave and comb is available. They have free tea. Ice and vending machine are available on some of the floors. You have to leave the key before you go out of the hotel. wifi is good Location : the hotel is near the train station (Nagahoribashi Station) and 10 minute walk away from Dotonbori. There is a tax free store beside the hotel. Breakfast : For 1,100¥ the breakfast buffet is worth it. Not recommendable for big people as the room is small.
Hotel is well located to the central parts of osaka. Rooms are very small not barely enough room for 2 suitcases. However, rooms were clean and modern with nice products provided. You have to leave in your key everytime you leave which is a bit annoying
Nest Hotel have good location and near Crystal Underground Station. Easy to go anywhere especially Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi Street. Space room not too big, so don't take too much luggage. Hotel Amenities is excellent.
The hotel is central but the rooms are so so small. If you have big cases you'll feel it! Other than that staff were nice and it was convenient. It's clean and basic! Annoying to have to leave key at reception anytime you left the hotel!
The pictures of this hotel made it look reasonable.. size wise, we knew the rooms will be small, much like most hotels in Tokyo. However, this is not something I'd class as a hotel, never mind a 3 star hotel.. I've stayed in hotels in the most metropolitan cities all the way to hotels in developing countries. I have reasonable expectations. However this is definitely in the top 3 worst hotels i have ever stayed at. It's dated, full with shady characters, loud and dirty. The bathroom is slightly larger than an airplane toilet.. the room is the smallest we have experienced in Japan, drunks roaming the corridors, groups of loud men loitering in the lobby and the corridors. This is all after it went under a refurbishment. The location itself is decent, but there are so many better hotels at cheaper prices in the same vicinity and it better locations. Regardless of what you read, please save yourself the hassle and don't stay here. One quick tip, booking .Com has the price 3x higher than what the hotel actually charges. You'd probably be better off staying in a hostel.
