I liked how modern the room was. The kitchenette had all the material needed if we wanted to cook at home. Family mart is across the street, nishikujo station is around the block.

Great spot for everything you want in Osaka. Great restaurants in every direction, 2 supermarkets nearby, train station super close, universal studios just 10 minutes by train. And it was a very nice room. We had a fantastic stay 😊

The room size and location was perfect but there are so many things to improve and I will try to summarize it here: - Sheets unwashed - there was a blood stain to the matress protector that we need to use for the sofa bed. That is of course it's used but at least washed it when used, put bleach or something. Based on the look of the blood, it was not washed at all. - facilities need to be updated - we went during summer which is of course very warm. Since the hallway of the hotel also does not have airconditioned, it tends to add to the warmth of the room. The aircondition took overnight to cool down the room. It was very uncomfortable sleeping and waking up in sweat. The aircondition also makes a lot of noise. - curtains are not black-out - it was added in the hotel description but it is not black out. The room is lit at sunrise (5.30am or whenever the sunrise is). This is very inconvenient especially for children use to sleeping with less light. - no personnel - check-in is via a screen and check-out is also automatic. However, because it is unmanned, there is no proper check when guests leave their luggage. There are only a few locks for guests and some guests does not lock their luggages efficiently making them use almost everything. When we arrived, thankfully there is 1 lock left so how about for those arriving after us? - vending machine indicated room does not have vending machine. - the main lobby is well airconditioned and well-maintained better than the room

Room was spacious of 2 adults and 2 teens. Location was a 1-minute walk to train station, 5 min train ride to Dotonbori and Univeral Studios Osaka. Convenient stores a block away was great for drinks and snacks. The only improvement the facility needs is the AC. Rooms got hot and AC wasn’t strong enough to keep it cool. We changed rooms and had the same issue. However, the staff did let us borrow 3 fans and it help a lot.

Easy to check in and easy to check out. Super close to good dining options when you are wanting to be near universal studios Japan. Compared to the hotel I’ve been staying at I’d rather be in this apartment. Amazing beds and amazing space for Japan.
