We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very convenient, with hot springs plus complimentary ramen and drinks every evening. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever encountered in over 20 years of travelling. A special mention to the chef at the ramen bar: we arrived very late with a tired toddler, right at closing time, and she kindly made us a special vegetarian ramen. She even remembered us each night after — incredibly sweet and thoughtful. The hotel is also very kid-friendly, with toys and everything you need for a toddler. The reception team went above and beyond, especially when helping us recover a pushchair that had already been collected by Amazon’s courier just one day before our flight. Thanks to their dedication, it was returned to us the same day. We’re truly grateful to the team (especially those were helping us on the pushchair return) for such outstanding care and hospitality.

The hotel is well located right on a tourist spot and very close to a subway station, with plenty of eateries around and Namba is nearby. The main issue we had during our stay was the fellow guests at the time. They were rather rude and rowdy, showing little mutual respect to others, plus the common area for breakfast and leisure is rather congested with little space in between. To the hotels credit, it provides a few free amenities for guests including happy hour with drinks including alcohol, and night time noodle. Also, it has communal bath provided though it's in an annex block.

Great hotel for family. Amazing rooftop. The fact that they have free ramen noodle and drinks made the stay even better. Very central.. and close to everything. Close to subway stations. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. In addition to everything you would expect from a hotel and a good breakfast, the extras arranged in the lobby/breakfast area just gave the hotel more energy. The free juices, tea and coffee in the lobby meant it was a good respite from the heat between activities. When they say they offer free alcohol they mean it, there is a wide range but I didn't see any signs of drunkenness from the other guests. The free ice-cream was popular with all, young and old. The hotel also holds different free activities every day but they didn't align with our timings so I can't comment. I would strongly recommend popping in for the 9pm noodles just for the entertainment value: it is bedlam, in a good way. It is worth noting that whilst the Japanese staff were as polite as is universal across Japan, the non Japanese guests when we visited could not all be described as such. A good place for amateur cultural anthropology.

It was a fair hotel. Quite hectic in the mornings in the breakfast area. Busy time of the year I guess. Rooms were clean but kinda small. Asked for another pair of pyjamas, towels and slippers but were not given any. They said they gave us enough. But we had three people in our room and were only provided two. Our room was fairly clean but the halls smelt funny, like cigarettes and smelly carpets. The area was super cool though. Walkable! The train station a minute away! Super convenient!

Nothing but good words for the hotel itself, as it is convenient and close to the metro. The facilities are great with onsen, area for food and drinks and attentive staff. As for the hotel guests, this rather ruined the ambience and our experience. The majority of the hotel guests during our stay were loud, rude, and highly unaware of this behaviour. I would only recommend this hotel during off peak seasons as loud guests ruined this hotel for us.
