The room was well-designed and good amenities, polite and attentive staff. The wet room, hair dryer etc were great. Cleaning was a major let down, there were stains on various walls and you can tell they are stains and were never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and the table wasn't cleaned once. We were not informed that if pyjamas/clothes were left on the bed, the bed wouldn't be made.

This property is close to convenient store and train station. The hotel provided all the necessities like toothbrush, hair care even hair rubberband. The staff were great and helpful.

Comfortable but service very average

Nice rooms, decent amenities ... but no concierge service and service staff not very helpful... assuming they even know the information. For those of you coming from the airport... note that you need to go to Saksaisuji-Honmachi station ... not Honmachi station (it's a one stop after train change at Honmachi station) ... or else you will drag your luggage 700m which is not as near as it sounds. And if you have luggage, the entrance/exit you are looking for is the one outside the Sukiya which has an elevator.This is across the street from the hotel .

Great hotel in a really good and central location. Rooms on the small size, with separate WC and wet-room, but very comfy and with all the amenities you would expect. Staff lovely and friendly. Would stay here again.

Cleanliness was terrible. Stains found on the toilet bowl seat upon check in which were enough to disgust the whole stay. Requested for change of room but was allocated to the 2nd floor, worse still just opposite of smoking room. Certainly an unpleasant experience.
