Friendly, relaxed place in a good location for downtown Osaka. Although the mattress was on a bit of a slope, the room was a very decent size with fresh towels supplied every day. Breakfast a bit limited but good quality. Being able to get free cups of tea in the library lounge all day was a nice touch.

The hotel was quite good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental buffet breakfast which came with the booking was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also located in close walking distance to the Dontonbori area.

Not a comfortable room. Bathroom was so high of the regular floor and was tiny. Poor lighting no lamps wouldn’t recommend. If you just need to sleep and have a place for a bag is okay.

Good hotel for the price

Our stay was nice. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that it was very warm in the room. After asking the front desk, they did give us permission to open our window a little which made the room temperature very pleasant.
