Convenient location near the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Hotel has a lot of amenities and appears to be fairly clean. Rooms are fairly small as is fairly normal for Japan....so a bit tight if you need to unpack your suitcase. Staff are friendly and check in is quick and efficient.

The hotel was really close to the train station. As soon as you exited the station you were able to see it. The room was Japanese size so it was smaller than any average room by western standards. Nonetheless it was sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. A simple addition that was welcomed was we got towels and toothbrushes in different colours. So it was easy to distinguish which one belonged to who. That was nice.

Decent, clean, comfortable hotel

Staff was professional and friendly. I liked the system which you receive bottled water when you donโ€™t need your bed remade. Room service simply replaces the amenities. The only thing I would point out is that it would be nicer if there was a bit more variety of food in the breakfast buffet menu.
