The complaint is with Orbitz in that a room is not held for you. We had to either pay an upgrade fee or stay on the estate side. This was not the booking Orbitz guaranteed. TanTarA staff did an excellent job trying to accommodate the booking.

If a guest is unhappy with their room, we always encourage them to let us know so we can fix what's wrong or move them to a more satisfactory unit.
