The closest beach is Sa Curcurica beach which together with the Biderrosa park with its beaches (also nearby) are among the most beautiful beaches on the island. The house is small, but comfortable: it is equipped with TV, microwave, iron, equipped kitchen, air conditioning (optional for a fee), 2 bicycles, barbecue and many other comforts.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Wir sind trotz Abwesenheit von Tonina sehr unkompliziert zum Haus und SchlĂŒssel gekommen, ein herzliches Willkommensgeschenk stand auf dem Tisch, einfach toll! Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die nĂ€he zum Meer mit dem wunderbaren Strand super. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Sobald es dunkel wurde sind die sehr vielen Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft erwacht, Hundegebell hat uns meistens bis weit nach Mitternacht begleitet. Trotzdem, schlafen konnten wir mal besser, mal schlechter, die Gastgeber können aber nichts dafĂŒr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach - aber gute Lage!

Haben das Haus mit zwei Personen bewohnt. Die KĂŒchenecke ist klein und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig ausgestattet. Das Haus ist nicht sonderlich groß und auch wir haben daher die Terrasse zum Wohn- und Esszimmer gemacht. Die Besitzerin Tonina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die T.Cook Pleite hĂ€tten auch wir noch Probleme mit dem gebuchten CONDOR RĂŒckflug bekommen können. Tonina hat uns sofort ihr Haus fĂŒr weitere Tage angeboten - fĂŒr umsonst (nochmals vielen Dank dafĂŒr!!). Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der nĂ€chste Strand ist zwar nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt, aber weitere (schöne) StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung erreicht man nur mit dem Auto. SupermĂ€rkte, Bankomat, Apotheke sind mit dem Auto in max 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer aber am Abend noch bummeln gehen möchte, der ist hier falsch aufgehoben.

Maison trÚs bien équipée dans la nature et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage

Accueil trĂšs chaleureux et personnalisĂ© des propriĂ©taires Maison mitoyenne confortable accessible par un chemin de terre qui dessert peu d’habitations d’ou L’impression d’ĂȘtre Ă  la campagne tout en Ă©tant Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied d’une trĂšs belle plage pas trop bondĂ©e et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’une rĂ©serve privĂ©e avec des plages presque dĂ©sertes Belle rĂ©gion Ă  visiter mais il faut prĂ©voir souvent presque 1 heure pour atteindre les centres d’interĂȘt ( canyon, golf d’Orosei...)

Tolles Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck und herrlichem Strand

Tonina ist eine sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin! Das Appartment wurde liebevoll renoviert und ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Strand Sa Curcurica ist fußlĂ€ufig auch mit kleineren Kindern gut erreichbar und ĂŒber kleine Felsabschnitte und einen Pinienwald mit den sĂŒdlicheren StrĂ€nden verbunden. Das Wasser ist herrlich klar und der Sand schön weiß, es gibt Felsen zum klettern und Schnorcheln. Die Lage ist ruhig und lĂ€ndlich. In der Saison (ab Mitte Juni) hört man abends die Animation des Campingplatzes in der NĂ€he. Unsere Kinder haben sich auf dem GrundstĂŒck sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es gibt zwei schöne Sitzgruppen, eine unter Oleander, sowie Sonnenliegen und genug natĂŒrlichen Schatten. Alles war super sauber. Der Blick in die Berge war herrlich. Wir haben auch den Kontakt zu den einheimischen Nachbarn genossen. Ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Petite maison idéale

Tonina, son frÚre Augusto, et Rolando sont des gens absolument charmants et sympathiques que nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer en louant cette petite maison. Celle-ci est parfaitement équipée, fonctionnelle et trÚs propre. Idéale pour un couple avec un ou deux enfants. La clim fonctionne bien, la literie est de trÚs bonne qualité et les ustensiles de cuisine sont nombreux. La proximité des plages est un atout essentiel, à 10mn à pieds environ. La douche extérieure est bien pratique. On a aussi pu profiter des vélos qui sont en bon état de marche, pour se rendre aux commerces de Sos Alinos ou aux plages plus éloignées. La situation de la maison est un peu excentrée par rapport aux lieux ultra touristiques (hÎtels, camping, restau etc), ce qui est plutÎt un avantage si on aime le calme. Nous y avons passé de super vacances et vous la recommandons sans hésitation.

Sehr erholsam.

Ein schönes HĂ€uschen mit riesigem GrundstĂŒck in unmittelbarer NĂ€he des Meeres. Das GrundstĂŒck grenzt ausserdem an den Salzwassersee Sa Cucurica. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 5 Minuten an den sehr schönen und familiĂ€ren Strand gelaufen und auch die umliegenden StrĂ€nde Cala Biderosa und Cala Ginepro sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht ist da. Dank der sehr schönen Terrasse und des Gartens kann man praktisch draussen leben :-) Prima auch die Außendusche. Sehr nette Nachbarn. Tonina und Ronaldo Saba sind sehr freundliche, stets erreichbare Gastgeber. Sehr schöner, entschleunigter Urlaub. grazie mille!
