Everything was fine except they need new bedspreads. Ours had a lot of exposed threads and showed signs of extreme wear. If I had them at my home I would discard them.

Not sure how this is a hampton inn. Showing its age, halls open wires no crowns. Very run down very obvious used to be a cheap motel very ghetto. no where near a normal hilton quality hotel.

Room was great. Unfortunately at check-in, not so great. The gal behind the desk was not very friendly (I think she was distracted). This is important because after being on the road for several hours, you want to see a friendly, happy, person. Having said that, the morning staff was very friendly and outgoing. It more than made up for the check-in experience. As I said at the beginning, the room was great, clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I could make is buy the taller toilets!! It was so low to the ground we had trouble standing up again :-)

Wonderful things to say: evidence of continual improvements in the bullding…paint choice very good around sign. Very nice and courteous staff on Saturday and Sunday morning. Breakfast was so nice. The staff at breakfast was so lovely and kind. Coffee great. Breakfast above expectations. Bed comfy, quiet rooms. Ability to darken room with amazing remote curtains. Hot nice shower with plenty of shampoo and conditioner and lotion. Plenty of towels. No smell of smoke or mildew anywhere. We had a A plus visit. Also, hallway was 52 degrees when we got there and upon questioning, it was fixed the very next day . Thank you for listening to your guests

Staff was friendly. Room was worn. Bathroom door wouldn't close which made for an interesting interaction with my mother in law in the morning. I am now wondering why she keeps smiling and laughing when we see each other. But that's not the hotel's fault right?

After I chose my room on the Hilton app which is prepaid even called had to make sure everything was good. I got here and my room wasn’t available and then I told him it was sold out. They did find me a room after I told him the name of the person that told me my room was gonna be ready, but before that they were telling me there was no room rooms available not cool.
