It would’ve been nice if we knew all the pool and outside annuities were now open yet before we book

Everything was OK before we booked it. It would’ve been nice to tell us that the outside pool area was all closed. There was definitely misleading.

Room was not what we expected

First off the associates where great, the room on the other hand was not what I expected it was handicap the bed was very low to the floor and uncomfortable my husband cut his leg on the frame, then out side the balcony was dumpsters and all kinds of noise plus there was mold in the bathroom a few bugs in kitchen and bathroom I asked for a different room and they could not accommodate us so we were stuck there I also slipped and fell in the living room the floor was slick plus had to have them come and redo the floors in the kitchen and bathroom they were sticky when you walked on them so was dissatisfied with the accommodations this time so will be rethinking our next visit we usually come down twice a year two weeks in summer and 4 or 5 days around Christmas

Disapointing

It was never disclosed to us that the pool deck, beach access, spa, and several other amenities were closed until 12 hours before our arrival. I requested a full refund and was not granted my request. It was unfortunate that this information was intentially withheld for such a long time. We even asked for a credit to be issued and we would revist when the amenities were opened and that was denied as well. This was extremely unprofessional.

Great location

We had a very good time at this location. However, we were extremely disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed and we were not notified at the time of booking. I found out on my own and confirmed with owner. Also, they removed the chairs and umbrellas from the beach at 5pm so no place to enjoy the sun at the beach after 5pm. This was extremely disappointing. Our suite was clean and the elevators were always available. Staff was very nice and understanding about the pool. They offered for us to drive 4 miles to another property with a pool. But who wants to do that on vacation. Also, the walls and doors were very thin. You could hear people talking in hallways as clearly as if they were in apartment with you. The bedroom had a ridiculously large tv right next to the bed that was difficult to watch without feeling like you were in the front row of a movie theater. Owner did respond when I inquired about the pool and he expressed that he was sorry that it was not disclosed. However, no refund or price adjustment was offered. Otherwise we would have stayed here again but feeling duped, we will find another location when we visit Ormond Beach.
