The room was disgusting! Stains on the walls, stains on the bed skirt, black spots in the tub, hair in the tub. I appreciate the guy at the front desk getting as a couple beers after a twelve hour drive, that’s the only good thing I could say. No one on the staff wore masks. Obviously they weren’t doing extra cleaning for guests safety. Coffee was bad. Stay somewhere else.

Very convenient right off the interstate.

For the price, it wasn't too bad ($65/night), the front desk guy was nice. The property was in ok to moderately good condition. Got a coupon for the bar next door, but it was way too loud to take the kids to. Breakfast was fairly normal except the juice and waffle mix were very watered down.

We were very disappointed with this property. It obviously has not been taken care of and is not a nice place to stay. We chose this hotel because they had the type of room that we were looking for, but then when we arrived we didn't receive the type of room that was reserved. For the price that we paid, we expected a nice room, and that was far from the case. We will never stay in this location or at another Comfort Suites again. We have never been so disappointed from a hotel! The only positive was the gentleman (Douglas) when we checked in, he could tell we were very upset with the situation and he tried to help as much as he could.

Room was clean and large and very convenient to I-65 after a long day of driving. Hotel has onsite restaurant that served decent food. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but not the motivation for staying. Kids thought the waffles were good. Also, pool was new and clean and just right to burn off some energy for the little ones.
