Great weekend getaway

Place was exactly as advertised. Central and very easy drives to all the major beaches in Orleans as well as local restaurants/supermarket. Would definitely book again.

Weekend Getaway

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Perfect location to check out both mid and outer cape beaches and towns. Very clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook in, couch/tv area was cozy, and the fire pit set up is a nice bonus.

Wonderful Stay at Joy Cottage

Joy Cottage is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The home was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful first visit to the Cape. Highly recommended Joy Cottage!

Great vacation home

Wonderful home in a great location to experience all the Cap has to offer. Stayed as a family of four and the cottage was everything that we could have asked for. Host was very friendly and check in and check out was very easy. If available we would definitely book again on a return trip.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The cottage is well appointed and comfortable on every level. The hosts are exceptionally responsive. If we return to Orleans we will stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful fall week at Joy Cottage. The owners made us feel very welcome. The cottage was spotless and comfortable. The location is great. We hope to return next year!

The cottage had all the things I needed: towels, tissues, toilet paper, linens, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful Stay

This house is perfect in every way. It is perfectly located on the Cape for day trips, and we loved its location in such a beautiful private neighborhood. The flora and fauna were great, especially the turkeys and the blooming rhododendrons. Our host thought of everything we could possibly need.

Wonderful hideaway!

Beautifully light-filled cottage tucked away in Orleans. Property was very clean and well-prepared. Very easy to get to local specialties and other parts of the Cape. You’ll love it!

We loved our cape cod vacation at the Joy Cottage. The cottage is quaint, and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and tools. The fire pit is a wonderful touch!

Melissa was great to work with, always replying within an hour or less. Joy Cottage is such a happy, bright, clean home away from home. Great location, quick drives to beaches & surrounding towns, peaceful lot in the woods, close to grocery stores, and everything you need for your stay, is provided. Loved our stay here!
