Get ready for the ultimate family getaway just a stone`s throw away from the Disney magic, with mouthwatering restaurants and grocery stores right at your fingertips, all within a cool gated community. Our vacation home is the real deal. You`ve got spacious digs with an open living area for hanging out, a fully loaded kitchen, and a pool area where you can soak up the Florida Sun.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (USD35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

In accordance with our operational health and hygiene protocols, washcloths are not provided at the property. We kindly recommend that guests bring their own personal washcloths if needed during their stay.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.
🕙 Late Check-Out

Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.
After 12:00 PM, a full daily rate will be applied.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

🗑️ Excessive Garbage / Extra Cleaning
A USD 80 fee will apply if the house is left with excessive trash or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use.
