We had a couple of problems, but it's not the problems but the reactions to them that sway me. Communication could be a little better (we had trouble with the dishwasher, thought it was fixed and tried to use it again before being notified that it was not fixed) - but credit to the host that when they could not fix it, they actually replaced it. Some roaches upstairs (again, in this humid environment, may be expected), and we did not inform the host until we left. I appreciated the washcloths provided, as we bring our own, but we can wash and dry ours before leaving when we have a couple to leave behind. I would rather have message via text, as I didn't have my laptop and emails were not conveyed timely. Most importantly, I would stay here again. We've had problems at many places we've stayed. It's the response to those problems (in this case - good) that makes us want to return to a property.
