The property was as advertised! There was daily trash pick up which was a huge plus. The pool was great and had a nice patio area. The area was a gated community so we felt very secure. The kitchen was well stocked of appliances and utensils. We would stay there again for sure and would recommend it to anyone!

Exceptional Stay – Beautiful, Spacious Home with Top-Notch Hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, clean, and spacious home! With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The private pool was perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor grill made our evenings even more enjoyable. The hosts were phenomenal—attentive, responsive, and truly cared about our experience, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway!

Great place, clean, and plenty of space for everyone.

Really nice place to stay with your family. The pool was large enough for all of us to enjoy a game of volleyball. House wad really clean and spacious, with plenty of beds for the kids to select from.

Rat poop was all in the backyard. The icemaker had mold in it. One of the showers upstairs had mold in it .It was rat poop in the grill. Overall the cleaners could have done a better job.

Amazing property Amazing location

The house was everything we could ask for spacious very clean and the pool was warm had everything we needed to make our family trip this year a success. Location was perfect close to all the amusement parks and only a 5-7 min walk away from the clubhouse and gym we couldn't possibly ask for anything better.

Excellent Home with Lots of Space and Fun!

Our family of 8 really loved this home. Plenty of space and the pool and game room were very much enjoyed. Very clean and all the adorable amenities that really make you love a VRBO home such as the welcome package. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had Everything! 30-35 min Drive To Disney

There was lots of space ! Each room had its own bathroom . Kids liked the minions design. The pool was a family favorite . We got it heated during our stay in February. We went to Disney world a few of the days and drive took about 30-35 mins . Very doable ! Also this place has a double stroller in the garage, if interested . Lastly I really appreciated the service and responsiveness from the property management team .

I Would Stay Here Again

We had a couple of problems, but it's not the problems but the reactions to them that sway me. Communication could be a little better (we had trouble with the dishwasher, thought it was fixed and tried to use it again before being notified that it was not fixed) - but credit to the host that when they could not fix it, they actually replaced it. Some roaches upstairs (again, in this humid environment, may be expected), and we did not inform the host until we left. I appreciated the washcloths provided, as we bring our own, but we can wash and dry ours before leaving when we have a couple to leave behind. I would rather have message via text, as I didn't have my laptop and emails were not conveyed timely. Most importantly, I would stay here again. We've had problems at many places we've stayed. It's the response to those problems (in this case - good) that makes us want to return to a property.

The house was good about 30 mins from Disney. The downside was the tiled floors were filthy, if you walk across the kitchen floor your feet were black from the dirt and if you put on white socks it was even more emphasized. There was only 1 set of towels to last the whole 2 weeks.

Disney trip

The house was perfect for our family of 10, there was plenty of room for everyone to have a bed. This was a great location in gated community, We did have to purchase All seasonings for cooking. The house is not stocked. Minimal amount of toilet paper and paper towels. We also had had to fill the propane tank which was disappointing. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again, but I would be better prepared for the items I need to bring. We enjoyed sitting outside while the kids were swimming. There is a TV and fan on the patio Love the layout of the house and outdoor space.

Family Under 1 Roof

A1 Property and Services All the Way!! I brought my son and daughter with their 5 kids. They went to parks, which are really close. The house had everything to cook, clean, and enjoy your stay. Will def be coming back!!

Excellent experience

Our Kids were on spring break so we took them with us on a business trip to Orlando. We thought they’d be bored just hanging out since this wasn’t a theme park trip for us, but boy were they impressed by this property and the included amenities. This house even had an awesome game room in the garage! Keep in mind we travel together a lot and they are a bit spoilt. But I was surprised when on the way back they left this place saying it’s the top of our “return list”!! We read the description and the host was super communicative (within minutes literally!), so we knew what to bring and what to expect. But I can tell you, previous reviews don’t do this place justice. It was beautifully staged and spacious. Walking in just felt awesome. There are other houses next door, but it always felt private and quiet most of the day. The cleaners were on time and on point as well so I hope they can maintain the same standards for long so we can enjoy this property again and again. We’ll be back!

Great Location! Perfect House!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was great! Close to everything! The house was beautiful! Looked just like the ad. The best part was every room had its own bathroom - no sharing!! The pool was great. The only thing I would have done differently was get the pool heated. The water park was a very short drive, but we really could have walked. Check in and out was very easy and the daily trash pickup was a plus. I will definitely stay here again. We come every year for the World Cheerleading Championship. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book. You’ll be glad you did.
