Pictures are misleading. Although it was clean we had to switch rooms because of mold, both rooms ended up having mold. The rooms were very humid, floors were slippery. Office staff was having an argument with two other guests in the front office. That should have tipped me off to the experience I should expect. Price was good but I would never stay there again.

1st, we requested a room on the seventh floor or above facing volcano Bay it did not happen 2nd they failed to give us our ID so I had to go downstairs to retrieve it. I asked about a room with a view. So they transferred us to that room and that room did not have heat 3rd informed the front desk and they sent someone to fix the heat and while he was coming i asked for front desk to please find us another room that had a view which he said he did. the gentleman that came to fix the heat decided that that room was not available so when I went downstairs to pick up the keys from the front desk he handed them over to a young woman who then took the keys, who was then told by the gentleman who fixed the heat that that room was not available. Upstairs he says that it had already been given away to someone else. So my question to them was how is that possible when you already cut keys for said room for me, and how is the guy who fixes the heat gonna come into the front desk and say whether or not a room is available or not. And 5th I didn’t want to deal with him because he was actually quite nasty about how he handled the room upstairs when it was just me and my boyfriend but put on a totally different façade once he got downstairs in front of everyone else. Long story short this is my third time staying at this hotel and it will now be my very last time. The last two times, this one included, left a lot to be desired and it’s not worth my time or the headache.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff in general were kind, minus the cafe staff. The tower is a bit dated and could use a little fixing, but for the nightly price that can be overlooked. I enjoyed how I was in walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, but the toilet frequently needed fixing, some of the lights had bad connections, and there was no easychair or small couch in the room. The receptionist tried her best to help!
