Plenitude Villas is pleased to present Villa TDM in Caribe Cove as one of our fantastic rental properties in Kissimmee, Florida. Only a fifteen-minute drive from Walt Disney World and in the middle of a lush, forested landscape surrounded by a lake, our condo at Villa TDM is a perfect place to accommodate up to six guests.
This spacious three bedroom and two-bathroom condo is in a safe and secure gated community and the guests here are more than welcome to have access to Caribe Resort’s incredible pool and clubhouse facilities. Also, on the grounds of the beautiful and natural estate, there is also a foosball and shuffleboard table as well as a twenty-four-hour fitness center and basketball courts.
Villa TDM’s modern layout has free WI-FI, air conditioning and every room has a flat screen and high-definition television. Your fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and there is a separate outdoor dining space available should you choose. There will be dishware, pots, pans, cutlery, and drinking glasses provided along with this rental and a separate eating space for your guests on an enclosed patio section.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom coming with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Also included is a small exterior patio to enjoy a nightcap before bed. One bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and the last bedroom comes with two twin sized beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is also in-house laundry facilities with iron and ironing board as well as towels and a hair dryer provided.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
