The host was very responsive, and the condo was a perfect location for all Orlando has to offer. It's a great value. We would stay here again!

The facility was clean to walk into and nice to stay in. The pool was nice and clean. We felt safe to walk from the pool to our room or vice versa at night. I would definitely stay there again, only reason I didn't give it five stars when looking for my husbands lost cell phone in the couch it was full of popcorn and a couple wrappers that were not ours. Could have easily been vacuumed up by the cleaning lady but otherwise the place was perfectly clean

Great Location

We’ve stayed at Windsor hills before and love it. I understand that it’s a self sufficient unit but we’re a bit disappointed in the few supplies in the kitchen. Other then that, it’s a great location and we plan to return.

Great option

Overall we had a fine experience here. We had a bit of an issue checking in; the guard didn’t have our names as guests on the location I rented. After some time he was able to locate us under a completely different unit not even owned by them. It took quite some time to get someone on the phone to figure out what was going on. After a long drive with overtired kids, it was frustrating to have that issue and not much urgency from vacasa. They didn’t seem bothered by the issue and didn’t offer much resolution. The guard was nice enough to let us in as guests of the wrong unit, but there was no follow up from the company to confirm that we had the right place. Luckily there wasn’t anyone already in the condo when we attempted to enter, and our stay was uninterrupted. They were supposed to call us back with a resolution and never did. I’m not sure if it was an error on the part of vacasa or Windsor hills, but neither party cared to resolve or communicate with us. The condo itself was very clean and the only issue inside was the fridge/freezer not being very cold. We didn’t realize until it was much later that nothing was freezing in the freezer and items in the fridge weren’t super cold. We didn’t end up reporting it to vacasa because we had a short stay and didn’t feel they would do much while we were there. We had bottles of water in the freezer for 3 days that never came close to freezing and we tossed the leftovers in the fridge to be safe.

Fun time

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely grounds and pool area. We appreciated that they keep the pool very warm for a stay in January. Close to Disney World. We found the 10 digit access code to the room troublesome at times with the corridor being rather dark.

Good Overall

The person we rented from was amazing in getting back to us about questions we had. There's a few things that need addressing - heat didn't work while we were there and we happened to visit during a cold snap, freezer didn't freeze and we had to throw away frozen food we purchased. The pool was fantastic and the extras you can do within the complex.

Disney Trip with Grandchildren

This was an excellent place to stay. The location to Disney is close and the water park was amazing. We had a good choice of restaurants that were close by as well. Overall, I don’t think we could have made a better choice. The condo was very spacious, easy in and out, and again, so close to Disney.

Suited Us Just Fine

We enjoyed our family vacation to Orlando parks and outlet shopping. The condo could use some decor updates (my opinion) but we found it to be clean and plenty spacious for our family of 5. The property management team was very responsive when we requested extra pillowcases. The pool area was great.

Vacasa vacations

First off we had early check in and when we got to the security gate they had no info on our party. It took 2 hrs to get Vacasa to send the paperwork to Windsor hills… so much for early check in!! The rental property was not clean and in disrepair. The security lock on the door was broke, there was no stopper in the master bedroom sink, the kitchen sink faucet was very difficult to move, cobwebs and dust thru out, couch and loveseat cushions kept sliding out and one of the arms was ripped. The location was good for the theme parks. The whole condo needed deep cleaning and a makeover!

Beautiful resort, great location!

This resort was stunning, with a great pool, water slides, and hot tub that we spent most of our days in. Close to tons of stores (Walmart, Disney souvenirs, Target) and Starbucks. We definitely recommend!

Good for the price

Good location and overall property. Nice pool area and fitness center. The unit was good for the price. As others have said, the carpet needs to be replaced. Kitchen/cleaning supplies were limited and definitely not enough trash bags supplied for a full week. We would likely stay again.

Just as I expected, not disappointed

Just as I expected, not disappointed. The place was exactly as it is listed three bedrooms two baths kitchen living room dining room table. Pool splash pad and slides are as advertised, kids love them all! Great location to Disney without being in Disney. Right off the main road where there are plenty of dining and souvenir options!

Property served its purpose.

Upon arrival, the gatekeeper / security guard was unpleasant to deal with. Very rude, seemed as if he didn't like his job. Check in was at 4pm but I had to wait until 6pm because the property wasn't ready. Other than that the property served its purpose. It was clean and the neighbors were pleasant.

Had a nice family stay.

The living room carpet wasn't very clean, the high chair was still dirty, not all the tvs or remotes worked, there was only one trash bag for the week. But overall the stay was nice and location was great, those things were inconvenient but did not ruin our stay. I would try the property again.
