We arrived late Saturday October 11th. The staff was very courteous and friendly and they put us on a 2nd floor unit. The next day I went back to the courtesy desk because I had a question. They asked how our unit was and they realized that I was handicapped so they changed us to a ground floor unit. It made our stay so much easier.

Love this resort, have stayed here many times and we are always comfortable and happy. I like that there is a security guard so I do not worry about my vehicle or my safety. The pool and hot tub are clean and nice to relax. Rooms are clean and the staff here is amazing.
