Fantastic host

We were a group of five women with four dogs staying at Casa Feliz. The description of the home was accurate and clean. Homeowner was super responsive and saved us from getting a car towed when one of our cars were parked illegally. No outrageous “pet fee”. It was a perfect home for our needs while we attended a dog competition at the arena. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again next year!

Pool, space & fun!

House and pool were great. We enjoyed a long weekend soaking in the sun. House had enough room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. Host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. We would highly reccomend and will be returning!

Worked for us!!

We came to the home to be close to the USTA National Campus and it was an easy drive there. This home is clean inside. Plenty of room for our group. It was not abundantly furnished - for example, we could not find measuring cups, spoons, — just the basics. Cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Totally fine if you’re not going to cook much. The pool didn’t look extremely clean and it wasn’t heated, so we didn’t swim. And the grill wasn’t clean either, but it was nice to have one if we really needed it. The beds are really comfy and there were TVs in each room. The air conditioner would not be turned down lower than 72, so if you want it cooler, which we did, that wasn’t possible. Overall, it was.a great place to stay, especially if you’re not looking for extras. The host was great at communicating and the place was fine for our needs.

REVIEW ON LINE NOT HONEST

ONLY STAYED TWO NIGHTS with my husband - was originally booked for 8 people. My family would not stay. It was NOT 9.8 Home.It would be a 5 on a good day. Carpet in master was FILTHY. Pillows were musty. Furniture except living room was very old. only slept there - no cooking ,used two towels.I tried texting host after deciding to leave second morning but did not get any response . After 4 texts I contacted thru VRBO APP . He said he could refund any funds after we left. Note in house said not to leave a review without contacting the host. This home was Grossly overrated and in description did not say there was extra charge to heat pool. I have NEVER left a bad review and I am 72 years old but this was OUTGAGEOUSLY inaccurate. I would not want another person to book this house thinking it was A 9.8 - It was a 5 on a good day. Other people in our group rented great houses in this area -so I know this is not the norm. It was not worth !000. I want some of my money back and the rating changed for the sake of ruining some else vacation. The Garage floor that was described as a game room was filthy too. I would never recommend this house.

Clean, convenient and responsive-100% recommend

We had a great stay at Casa Feliz. We were in Orlando to play in an adult tennis tournament at the USTA Tennis Center, which is only 15 minutes away. We housed 11 men (ages 45-70) in two houses in the Villa Sol development. The 6 beds in the 4 bedrooms allowed 6 of us to stay here. If we only needed one house next time, we would pick Casa Feliz. Eli, the host at Casa Feliz was personal, accommodating and worked to make our vacation as easy and hassle-free as possible. He responded promptly and was flexible with our check-in and check-out. Since the house was ready, we were able to check in before the official 300 check-in time. I'm sure there are times when the turnaround is tight for the next guests and late check-out is not possible. However, for our stay, Eli gave us 2 extra hours so we could relax at the house rather than sit at the airport to wait for our flight. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient. I would absolutely recommend Casa Feliz.

Tennis Team Respite

Casa Felix was 20 minutes to tennis tournament and close to grocery stores. Only irritation was the entry gate to the community. Many visitors struggled with code. We had no problem once we got to the gate ourselves 😊 We enjoyed our stay

Disney vacation

The place was great our only issue we realy had was the gate wasnt working when we arrived and after they fixed it our code wouldnt work so we had to call on the phone to get in with people honking at you behind us or just wait till someone put the code and in drive behind through. That made my wife have aniexty but the place was in a great neighborhood clean nice pool

Mature landscaping, good amenities, plenty of space, well kept and affordable. Hard to beat. Would rent again! Great laundry machines and tvs everywhere... Good master suite and bath. Lots of bedrooms and comfortable beds...

Bedroom rugs should be replaced. Bathrooms are old and dated. Washcloth and handtowel very worn. Absolutely no condiments, a salt n pepper. . Only had jar of decaf instant coffee. So i went and got my own ground coffee. Couldnt use bc there were no coffee filters. No sugar. Sign that said grill had tank but up to us to get gas. Nothing about this listing made you feel at home.
