Peace of mind. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle while staying in the security of gated SOLANA RESORT. Resort amenities are provided exclusively for our villa guests and there is no through traffic. Entry to Solana is gated and attended 24 hours/day.
NEWLY REFRESHED with new mattresses and Covers in the queen and twin bedrooms; new sofa and recliners in the family room. Our home is large and bright with granite counters, stainless appliances and upgraded carpets. Enjoy a main floor full-size washer and dryer.
There are 7 tv’s in the home for you to enjoy (4 smart). The home is equipped with high speed internet WiFi and cable television throughout and an Xbox 360 console in the upstairs loft. A fooseball table, table tennis and card table are in the 20x20 game room.
Your private pool is inside a screened enclosure so you can truly enjoy the Florida sunshine. The extra large pool deck has 4 pool loungers, 2 chairs/foot stools and two table/chairs patio sets. A closeable security fence is in place between the pool and house. Pool heat is available with a surcharge but your Solana resort pool is heated year round and included for your use.

You will find a fully equipped updated kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, dishes and flatware to prepare and serve you meals. The extra large granite island provides prep room as well as additional seating.
The living room and dining room provide a relaxing area to dine or socialize.
The family room is open to the kitchen and has a two story ceiling. Comfortable seating and a 55” flat screen Smart tv make it a true family room.

The Primary bedroom is on the main floor and is spacious with a king size bed, walk-in closet, 40” flat screen smart tv and a pool view. The large en suite includes a walk-in shower and deep garden tub.

The second floor offers a loft area with a 40” flat screen smart tv, xBox 360 console and comfortable seating.

There are 5 additional bedrooms on the second floor:
#1- Queen bedroom includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen Smart tv, walk-in closet and private en suite.
#2- Two (2) twin beds with 32” flat screen tv.
#3- A queen bed with 32” flat screen tv.
#4- One set of bunk beds

There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs in addition to the queen en suite.

The location was great. Outside of all the craziness and all but 2xs were able to work around heavy traffic on I4. The actual house is very large and well taken care of. I received at least 1 email a day for the last 2-3 weeks about the rental. I kept looking for a pool heating option. I must have missed the one email from an outside source that stated you couldPurchase it. So the pool was not heated and set on 60 degrees. I contacted the host to see if we could turn the heat on and at that point she stated it wouldn’t heat up fast enough to enjoy it and we should just use the community pool. We chose this exact house bc it stated the large pool. My kids were so excited for swimming however we couldn’t even use it once. Don’t waste your money. Just rent another place that will heat the pool. Uppn arrival the pool was filthy and had algae growing. No one came for 7 days to clean it. Worms from the rain covered the bottom and were never cleaned from the pool. Not that we could use it anyway. The downstairs bathroom had tiny bugs crawling all over the sink and counter top. Like Tiny microscopic bugs. Crawling all over our toothbrushes and cosmetics. Beds were okay. Harder than we wished but did the job. The game room was all we had after a day at the parks so we were happy to have something for our children to do.

This is a beautiful 6 bedroom home with plenty of space and the perfect setup. The host was great and took care of a few minor issues we had at the property. I would most definitely rent this same home again and again!

This is our second time staying here. It was a great experience again. Other than the pantry doors needing repair (which the owner took care of right away with her property management), it was perfect. The pool is great and we enjoyed ping pong in the garage.

Easy self check in and out, secure gated area. Pleasant guard staff at the gate. Bedrooms get too warm with the required temperature settings for sleeping well, especially upstairs. The pool was nice temperature without paying for additional heating (August). The long forms prior to arrival are aggressive and are not proper. The language, wording & tone should be revised. Outside treatment for ants would be more successful then the little bait traps inside the home. Location is about 20-30 minutes from most of the parks which is handy. Would suggest a local map of services on the compound and surrounding area.

Overall the home is nice. However, the cleanliness of the home is horrible. Dust on top of thick dust on the blinds, ceiling fans, vents and baseboards. The sinks and tubs were not cleaned well. We had a problem with ants crawling in the beds, sinks, tubs and along the walls. The bar chairs are broken and the leg on the bar also. The living room and den chairs need replacing.

Conveniently located near the Disney Parks. We were 3 families totaling 10 and had ample bedrooms and baths. Nice well-appointed kitchen. The kids loved the in ground pool and also the pool at the community building.

Beautiful Home

This home is huge and has plenty of space. The pool was unheated, but still comfortable with the high temperatures during our stay. The club house also had a nice pool and area for lounging. The home is a bit dated in spots, and could use a couple of upgrades, but was overall comfortable and a good fit for our large extended family. Some of the rules for the home came as a surprise after staying in many other vacation homes, but were workable. With rules governing the air conditioning not being set below 74 degrees, the upstairs got very warm (daily temperatures were 91 degrees during our visit). There were fans in the bedrooms and they were helpful. There were televisions in every room which was a nice touch, but they were not able to support streaming services. I would recommend bringing your own streaming device such as a ROKU or Chrome-cast. The ping-pong table and Foosball are in the garage, which gets very warm. We weren't at the house much since our family was off exploring the surrounding area, but the home made a very nice place to regroup each day. We enjoyed our visit very much!

Wonderful family time.

We rented for 1 month (Feb-Mar) - had several of our family visit during the time we were there. Our grandkids also joined us for 2.5 weeks and had a great time in the clubhouse pool (heated) and facilities. Close to Disney and other attractions.The house is very spacious and well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Beds were comfortableThe decor is dated and could use a deep clean - especially the carpets. The furniture is showing signs of wear and tear but still very usable.

The house fit our needs beautifully! We were in town for events downtown & at Universal. It was a little further drive than I had realized but still great location and several options to get around to avoid traffic. The home is very spacious and provides room for everyone to have their own space. It is built nicely too so it’s not super noisy. The pool was great once we heated it and the neighborhood is great for a walk in the morning! We had a great time in FL all week and the house definitely contributed to our overall satisfaction!

We fell in Love

My mother and I fell in love with the decor and surprisingly the dishes. We hadn’t been to a place that had non glassware that looked so nice. The rest of the family enjoyed being outside in the pool. Cleaners came one morning, which I thought was nice. It ensured the pool was clean during our stay. The home as a whole is great. Outside of some bugs and frogs that got through in the garage, and the beds being a little uncomfortable, we had no issues. It is walking distance from the resort pool and tiki bar. I’m sure we would book again, if it was available.
