You will have a double-olympic sized pool, water slides, a castle-themed playground, jacuzzi, arcade, basketball & volleyball courts, fitness center, convenience store, a tiki bar, its own movie theater and much more! Explore the surrounding area and discover many amazing restaurants.

As a thank you for your stay, we will provide 5 K-Cup pods for the brand-new Keurig dispenser. You will also be provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small soap in each bathroom and one starter pack of detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Anything over this is the guest’s responsibility. We do not include paper towel or sponges. We are also unable to provide spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and dish soap for purchase as well as a few other household items. There is a grocery/shopping center conveniently located just minutes away (driving).

Windsor Hills is a wonderful community that is rated one of Orlando’s best gated resort communities due to its world class amenities. With everything at your fingertips and being the closest resort community to the World Drive entrance of Disney, why stay anywhere else?

Check-in is 4pm EST and check-out is 10am EST. Keep in mind early check-in or late check-out cannot always be arranged due to prior or arriving guests as well as routine cleaning.

Beautiful, spacious, clean townhome in an incredible location. Very well organized and comfortable. We did not get the chance to use the community resort amenities, but they looked incredible. It was very easy and economical to Uber in and out of to Epcot, which was a bonus convenience so we did not have to deal with parking there. The host was very friendly and proactive with communication from the start through check-out. I have no doubt if we had any issues (we did not), they would be handled quickly. Perfect stay!

This was the best rental experience I have had in a long time. Chris, the owner could of not been more accommodating. He was very communicative and what he said he delivered on. Location to food and Disney was a huge plus. Unfortunately stay was primarily for Disney Halloween weekend and we did not take advantage of the pools and community, maybe next time. Chris, will be my new Kissimmee go to guy..... Kudos from the homeland-Poland/Venice Fl.

Place was great and well equipped, in an amazing location with great property amenities (pool and slide were excellent for a break from parks, super close to Walmart for supplies and quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Epcot!). This house was the best I have had it was so clean. Everything I needed no complaints at all! All appliances clean and bonus they had a kcup coffee coffee maker! The condo was perfect for our Disney trip! Close to the parks and there was a Walmart right around the corner. The pictures show how beautiful the condo is and the rental process was a breeze. Check in/Check out was also a breeze. Chris was very helpful and such a wonderful host… Highly recommend this place if you are looking to Disney or Universal and do not want to stay on property. The resort pool and clubhouse were wonderful to take a break from Disney when needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. The amenities are great for families of small kids. The townhouse has everything we needed for a shorter 4 night stay. Having your own dipping pool was nice and the walk was short to the main pool. Would definitely return again.
