We enjoyed the Grove. Rooms, Pools, Restaurants and Bars were great. Check-in was not great at all. Staff worked hard and did great, but clearly needed some help. Rooms were slow to get cleaned and didn't get some requested items, but overall a good trip.

The hotel was OK. The pool was good. Some annoying things were the hallways to get to rooms are not clean. Also we were supposed to have 8 pool towels and only had 3. The pool towels were paper thin. There’s also no vending machine or anything for after hours. The market is nice, the rooms are spacious for families and the shuttle to Disney is great.

Won't be returning here: took 2.5 hours for the room to be ready after checkin, effectively removing 1 night of enjoying our stay. A doorhandle fell off as soon as we were inside. Fast wifi was advertised but wouldn't work at all. Property nick-and-dimes you for everything they can. The only positive of the stay was that the attendants at the water park were kind. Everything else made it obvious that this is a "bare minimum" management team, and we'll go anywhere else next time.

We felt safe. However, this visit was my least favorite stay. The rooms seem a little dated if you look closely. We did finally visit the water park on a non park day. That was good. Liked having pool towels in the room. Laundry in room is a must. Loved having my own room and the boys having their own space. Negatives: noisy. There was a ton of noise this visit. From the buses, kids, doors slamming. Each morning I was up by 6:30 due to noise. We have received a text message from the resort stating we could check in early. The front desk said no. They offered to “try” for an early check in. I got a text message at 3:20 about the “early” check in. Regular check in is at 4PM. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures. We tried to request a late check out as we don’t fly out until 9 PM. Again denied. I finally got a manager involved and was given until 12 for late check out. Was never told if we were charged for the “early” check in or the late check out. As a VIP Expedia member I was also never given a room upgrade either. We got drink tickets (2 of them) to use at the pool. Our lunch at the pool consisted of one hot dog, three burgers and 6 drinks (one was free) for $120. Overall, it wasn’t horrible to deserve one Star. But it also wasn’t great. We used to rave about this place.
