We had an excellent stay in this villa. We stated with 5 adults 3 teens and 2 kids and had enough room and never felt on top of each other. The villa is all on the ground floor so there are no stairs to contend with. The one downside, we felt the living room area could do with another 2 seater sofa, having 5 adults in the living room was a squeeze.The pool was lovely and the pool area very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.The pool table and simpsons game machine kepts the kids entertained on chill out days and the massage chairs was a delight after a busy day.The host was superb and very helpful, they responded to all queries promptly and polietly. We are looking at visiting again soon and will definitely consider staying here again.We did uber to a local restaurant one evening which cost us 10 each way, there is so much to do in the local area.Many thanks for hosting us we had a great time

Our Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was working perfectly, including the pool, we had no issues with the location or with contacting the host if we had any questions. The house was cleaned, neat, and overall a wonderful place to stay while we were vacationing. We will come again!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The location was excellent, the accommodations were cozy, the house was well taken care of and very clean. Hands down the best VRBO experience we’ve had so far. Even above all that I really cannot say enough positive things about how communicative the host was, Ivan was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect location, perfect home away from home and perfect host

Simply wow! The location is one of the closest to Disney, just round the corner from a huge Walmart, minutes to the main road networks to get to the rest of the Orlando attractions, making everything so accessible and saving so much time driving. The property itself was so well equipped and beautifully decorated and well maintained, making you feel the Disney magic from before you’re even near the parks. The massage chair is a game changer at the end of a long park day as well, recline back and relax once the kids are in bed with your favourite book or box set. Bliss! Ivan communication throughout was quick, courteous, clear and incredibly helpful, we could not recommend staying here highly enough if you are looking for a fantastic family base to explore and enjoy Orlando from along with making the most of a pool day or 2!

Amazing stay

We traveled to Orlando for UCA Nationals. This house was perfect location to ESPN/Disney. Walmart less than 5 min drive. Plus food locations were easy accessible. The property manager was easy to work with and was available for any questions we had. The house was clean, the pool area is great. Very kid friendly! We hope to stay again on any future trips to Orlando area!

A Perfect House for our Family of 7

The house is situated in Kissimmee, very close to all the Disney Parks and 30 minutes from Universal. It is situated on a quiet, residential street. It is a large property with themed bedrooms, a great living space and well stocked kitchen/diner area. Ivan was an attentive but non-intrusive host, was readily contactable and gave check-in/out information in plenty of time. There is a lovely pool area at the rear of the property with alarms on all doors to prevent children from Getting into the pool area unnoticed. We would definitely book this property again, it really was perfect for our family of 7! Thank you Ivan

Lovely property

Great place to stay when visiting Disney

Great place to stay when visiting Disney. Very close to the parks. It’s actually quicker driving from this property to the park than staying on property and waiting on the bus system. We were from the house to our parking spot in just 15 minutes. The kids loved their Disney themed rooms. I personally enjoyed the massage chair after a long day at the parks. The pool is amazing too. I highly recommend this home. And not to forgot our Host was incredible. Ivan made sure that we had everything that we needed. We will be back!

Incredible Week of Florida Sun !

When we first stumbled upon this home on Vrbo, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Ivan is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed before arrival, during our stay and at check out time. The home is just perfect! Kitchen is simple yet contained everything we need to fix meals at home. The Blue Mirror home was so clean and spacious. Everyone has space to spread out yet be close enough to spend quality time together. The beds were so comfortable, bathrooms and pool are excellent. Location is incredible- nice quiet neighborhood! Ivan went way beyond to make our week stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Ivan and Florida for a wonderful week! We will be back, Tom, Jeanette, Jacob, Natalie and Ally

Highly recommend!

Clean & comfortable. Most everything we needed for our 2 week stay was provided. Back yard and pool were fantastic. Fountain Hills is a very nice community, We had a great view of the mountains from the house. And, when the fountain in Fountain Park spouted, we could see that too. Hope to return here soon.

To summarize in one word...AMAZING!

We stayed here for one month and honestly could not find anything that we did not like. Everything was wonderful. First, the host (Ivan) was wonderful in his communication. The location was great. The neighborhood is very safe, clean, quiet. The villa is absolutely beautiful and clean! We have never stayed in a villa that was so pleasant and clean. We did not even see one bug. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had new appliances and an abundant of cooking items. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean and fresh feeling. The pool area outside was clean and private and the lighting around the pool was so beautiful at night! The garage was also clean with a pool table and even a bike that we could use and more. Even though the pictures look great, in person it even looks better! We could not have been happier with our stay. It is difficult to put into words all of the things we appreciated. From the moment we walked in, there was a sense of peace and safety here. I have been coming to this area for nearly 30 years. This villa is by far the best place we have stayed in. Thank you Ivan (the host), for your great communication and especially for caring. Thanks also to your wife for decorating this villa so beautifully. You can tell she put her heart into making this a very special place.
