The location and property was great! There is every thing you need around and it is a central location to all the attractions.
The unit itself was nice, shows some wear but very clean. It is a little far from the pool but it’s a quick drive to the clubhouse and all the other amenities. The pool has a nice bar and the bartender was super nice and attentive.
A few suggestions I have for the owners/management:
1. There were several lights out on the home and no lightbulbs anywhere to replace them (all though they should be per the manual in the unit.)
2. One of the lights that was out was at the main out side entrance. We have a difficult time seeing the house number or the key pad when we checked in around 9 pm.
3. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. We had to go several places just to buy ice to fill the ice receptacle in the freezer.
4. There was very little toilet paper in the unit. There was none in the lower level bathroom and only two rolls upstairs. This is not enough for this entire place.
5. The private pool area needs some attention. There were weeds growing out of the concrete and there were broken pool toys al over the place, as well as a pair of dirty socks someone left.
The light in the pool area was out and there was no replacement.
We had a great stay and really liked the property. With a few updates and attention to detail this place would be perfect.
