There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about this property. It was not clean, had a terrible odor, and worst of all, it felt unsafe.On our first night, we went to use the pool with our small children and immediately smelled marijuana. The pool area was poorly lit, and there is a screen access door at the back of the house. While we were in the pool, a group of unknown men approached the door and tried to open it. When they saw us, they ran away.We felt extremely unsafe and reported the incident to the host right away. He advised me to contact security, but I didn’t feel comfortable doing so, as I was concerned it might escalate the situation and cause the group to return.Due to these safety concerns, we left after the first night of what was supposed to be a six-day stay. Despite this, the host refused to issue a refund for the unused nights. Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning experience with both the property and the host.
