Large rooms for families; very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick to accomodate. Close to Disney, though transportation to the park was very limited so we ended up having to use Uber.

Room had problems - closet was closed shut (staff didn’t know there was a closet and opened it 2nd day), water was running all over on floor from shower (took staff to fix some time, partially fixed the issue and caused us delay), room was not equipped with items mentioned like hair dryer, iron, room was not serviced one day even after requesting. Staff - bunch of kids are at front desk with no manners and blaming us, not taking responsibility for issues on their end, talking back, defending themselves. Supervisor defending these kids without hearing our concerns or listening to us. Only one manager was reasonable. Overall terrible stay and experience. They did offer some points for inconvenience but not enough.

Breakfast offered a variety of choices and was of good quality. Would have personally liked bacon as an option but wasn’t available until last morning of our stay. Only issue was miscommunication on the day housekeeping was going to come because they didn’t show on the scheduled day. Front desk staff did well getting me clean towels and a garbage bag. Would definitely stay here again.

My room had palmetto bugs. The room was changed to a similar room but the overhead bed light did not work even with the master switch turned on. The bathroom had no hair dryer. The breakfast scrambled eggs were cold.No cream for the coffee only 2% scim milk. the waffles were stale.
