No rear neighbours! To ensure your privacy, we chose a premium location that overlooks a natural area, not another home or pool.

Professionally decorated with special care to be child-friendly, this home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travellers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled extended screened Lanai with your own private pool and spa! Upstairs you will find three master suites with king-sized beds and two en suite bathrooms.

Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a cable TV with DVD! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 51' large screen cable TV, DVD and VCR, and boom box CD player.

With our additional living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The living room has an additional 32' cable TV with DVD. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide Secure Wireless Roadrunner high-speed Internet access and free unlimited long distance and international phone calls! For those travelling with young children, this is the place for you!

We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, stroller, and high chair free of charge. We have even taken care of basic baby-proofing, like covering outlets and providing a gate for the top of the stairs. You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. Our game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with professional quality Foosball, Air Hockey, and Ping Pong. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney World or Universal Studios, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub with your spouse.

No need for the whole family to have 'lights out' at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel. Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness centre, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theatre!

Disney World is less than five minutes from our house. Universal Studios and Sea World are fifteen minutes away. In between, you will find all the shopping and fun you could dream of. We have a wonderful local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We used the pool every morning and evening of park days and alot on off park days! This kids loved the house and the game room. There are a ton of beach towels. Most of the bath towels were stored in the downstairs bathroom closet. There were plenty of those too. The community pool was so much fun for the kids too! They have activities everyday and one day it was facepainting and the kids loved it! The house was in a quiet safe neighborhood convenient to everything, especially Disney! We loved our stay!

We had a Fabulous time! The villa is spacious, but homely. The peaceful sunrises are a bonus. The host is very helpful and responsive and the beds are comfortable. The resort itself is also really nice with a lovely communal pool and shop where you can buy snacks and essentials. We will be back.

Perfect Location

Very communicative owner and very helpful when booking and when small blip with the internet . I only gave 4 stars to property manager as rather than sending me a message after I tried to phone re internet problem which went to answerphone . I later sent another message and response was simply ….’contact owner ‘ . It would have been nice if they had contacted the owner for me and told me That is what they had done . Instead I contacted the owner and the internet was up and running again the following morning . We had a lovely stay at the house and the parks and Malls are all close by. The clubhouse is also good if you want a lunch snack . Thank you for letting us have the use of your house, we all really enjoyed it .

We have stayed in Windsor Hill 4 times This was our least favorite The host was VERY responsive to each and every issue we had, however, these things absolutely should be taken care of BEFORE the stay The floors were very dirty, feet were black walking around Dishwasher was broken (replaced very promptly) Upstairs bathroom shower was clogged and the shower curtain was pink with mold Fan in Master bedroom was too loud to use Lights in Frozen room did not work and one of the beds was sinking in Was told they needed to come in during our stay to check fire alarms, something that should be done during vacancyThe leather couch needs replacing BADLY, flaking badly, we had to sit on blanketsHot tub was never got hot, same temp as the poolAnd for those with big parties, the main living area only seats 6 and it is quite cramped. For a place that sleeps 13, I would expect a larger TV sitting area for all The host was very responsive at the beginning which was very appreciated, but we would never stay here againWe had a party of 7 and we all separately rated the place 3 stars

Family fun

It was in a very good location. Could have used some more kitchen cookware utensils for cooking meals. Hot tub was hit and miss, seemed to only work intermittently but all and all a nice place to stay. Close to everything we were looking for. Kids enjoyed the water park on the property

Good location for Disney Parks

All in all, this home was a good vacation home for my family. The location to the parks and access to stores was excellent. The house itself could use a little work. Little details like the snowflake lights in the Frozen room needs fixed. Not a big deal unless you are an excited 5 year old. The hot tub was a welcomed after park treat. The jets worked sometimes, other times, they did not work. The daily trash pick up was nice except for the last day. Only two bags fit in the trash bench. We had to clean out the fridge and drive to the compactor to avoid another fee. Most of the ceiling fans do not work.Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you have to wash the towels before leaving. You have to strip the sheets off the beds and empty all trash knowing if you have too much trash you get fined. This made our last day more about cleaning than vacationing. Last con was that it said three cars allowed but only two fit in the driveway and you cannot park on the street. There is guest parking a few blocks away…inconvenient.On the plus side, the host was always quick to answer. The new maintenance guy was very nice.Adequate lodging and has the potential to be a very nice home.

Overall the house was great, it is a little dated but very clean. We loved having so much room to spread out. The master suite is very nice. The family members that stayed in the queen downstairs bedroom did say that the mattress was very uncomfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the hot tub, we paid the extra to have it heated but didn’t find out until we were there that due to neighborhood noise ordinances the heater can only be on from 9am until 9pm. We did contact the owner and he said he could extend until 10pm. The hot tub was never what we considered hot ( we have one ourselves and know what it feels like) I’m sure not being able to keep the heat on all the time affects the temperature and I wish we had known that ahead of time. So we do feel like we wasted $150 since we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Other than that the stay was great, the proximity to the parks, restaurants and shopping was great!

Definitely a home away from home. House was beautiful and clean. Very close to so much. Definitely only about 5 to 10 minutes from the parks and about 20 from seaworld. Pool was clean and definitely enough bathrooms for a big family. Will definitely be booking there again.

Very spacious for 6 adults & 2 teenage boys. Comfortable beds. Hot showers & bath tubs. Keep that dual living room furniture; best we have experienced! Loved the washer & dryer for our clothes. Resort Passes and excellent perk- the water park & movie theater were wonderful! Suggested Improvements: Gane Room-Install a small AC and organize better. Better instructions on how to use air hockey & e-games. And, lastly, in bold & highlighted the instructions about the back door to swimming pool as the alarm went off on us, lol. Can’t wait to come back if needed by us.

Wonderful location & community!

My family group of 10 stayed at this property for a week and it was absolutely amazing! We had plenty of room to spread out and not feel "on top of each other". The community is gated with security for entry/exit. The resort/property pool was great for the kids when they wanted to venture from the backyard pool. The location to the Disney parks is hard to beat, although traffic can get congested on 192 during peak hours. The Walmart located near the home is extremely busy at any time of day, however scheduling a pick up or delivery was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
