Our 7 bedroom, 4.5-bath, 2,834 square feet home, villa retreat, with a screened-in private pool, is waiting to welcome you for your next family or group vacation in beautiful Florida. Located in the famous Terra Verde Resort, which is designed for, and is accommodating to, vacationers to Florida. The community is safe and quiet. The community has two electric vehicle charging stations which are available for guest usage. There MAY be an additional resort imposed vehicle registration fee.
Our home is designed for comfortable family or group gatherings with open concept living. There are three bedrooms with king beds, two of which have ensuite bathrooms (one on the first floor and one with a crib), two bedrooms with queen beds, and two rooms with two twin beds in each room. There are a total of 4.5 bathrooms.
The home has a formal dining area, as well as a dining table in the kitchen, living room, family room (den) with a large screen TV with cable, TVs in every bedroom room, a game room, and a screened in pool. High speed Wi-fi is included throughout the home. The home includes a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. The community has security cameras as does the property patio.
Our home is as sunny and inviting as Orlando itself, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, with natural light. Prepare home-cooked meals in a fully equipped kitchen and gather family and friends in the formal dining room or cheery breakfast area, or why not eat outside by the pool. Whether you are reclining in a poolside lounger or dining al fresco, the patio is fully screened in to keep leaves and pesky bugs at bay.

On arrival information was easy to follow regarding finding villa and security lock etc. The Villa had a nice layout and had plenty of bathrooms which was great as have alot of family .We had a few small issues but we messaged the host and Steve was very quick in response and sorting things for us. However had we have been at the villa more we would have struggled with there not being enough mugs, glasses or cutlery for everyone to have a cup of tea and eat 1 meal together each day without having to wash to reuse cutlery and only had 3 plastic plates but no plastic cups for children or for use around the pool . have ha gave alot of family.
