*Conveniently located just minutes from Winter Park Downtown, Orlando Downtown, Baldwin Lake, Rollins College, Full Sail University, shopping plazas, grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants. Whether you're visiting for leisure or here for work, this space offers the comfort and convenience you need.

* One pet is allowed per booking at no extra charge. Additional pets will incur a $50 fee each. Any damage caused by pets will result in additional fees.

*Loud noises, smoking and heavy drinking is strictly prohibited in or around the property.

Great location in Winter Park! So many quality restaurants and things to do close by. The home is easily accessible with plenty of space. The host, Wendy was very hospitable. We left a toiletry bag and she was kind enough to let us know so we could come back. We enjoyed our one night stay!
