We had a fantastic family vacation at House of Hero’s. There were 12 of us and the house was perfect for a large group. Spacious, clean, lots of areas for the teens and adults to hang out. My teens loved the pool table, movie room and pool. Adults loved the pool and hot tub. Our host was very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay and always helpful and pleasant. We all agree we’d stay here again. It was a great location, not too far from all of the parks.

Nice house. A/C downstairs didn’t work the first two days and it was HOT! Vivian worked on that as well as the hot tub which never worked. She refunded us part of our costs, but it made for a disappointing stay.

It was a very nice, clean stay. We all enjoyed the pool n hot tub. The theater room got a little warm but everything about the place was nice. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you hosts for providing a nice place for us to stay.

Great Family Vacation Home!

We had a great time in the house of heroes. The home was well equipped and large enough for the 11 of us. Our kids/teena LOVED the theater room. They watched so many movies in it. We enjoyed the pool as it was very refreshing in the hot Florida weather. The only negative about the pool area was that it had a lot of weeds to where you could not walk in some places. But the pool was still very accessible and we enjoyed it. The downstairs bedrooms stayed very cool but as the host mentions, in the hot summer, the upstairs will be warmer. There was a lot of wear and tear on the floor boards and carpet which was to be expected as it is a vacation home. Some painting could fix that. We also noticed a smell, kind of like baby diapers, upstairs in one of the rooms and into the loft. So I’m not sure if one was left somewhere or if it is in the carpet. Overall I would recommend this place but note that the house does have wear and tear and the neighborhood is very busy with condensed yards and roads. It got a little crazy at times because everyone parks on the street - which they will pit a towing sticker on your vehicle if you stay there too long but people didn’t seem to care too much about that.

Family Fantastic

Bombastic was AMAZING!!! The location, the property, the pool…all were fantastic! The space needed for 13 adults, 1 teen and one infant was great! The rooms are a great size. It’s located minutes away from stores and food. Any questions asked were answered promptly by the owners. If you are looking for a great stay in Kissimmee, this is it! 10 out of 10

Nice but here are a few suggestions.

We travel often and to Florida every year for cheer (Summit), and we've rented countless homes in this area. I must say, the concept of House of Heroes is a great idea! The theatre room was an amazing addition. The owners of the home replied to our inquiries promptly, and the home is located in a nice subdivision, clean and quiet. A few suggestions regarding the 2 king rooms on the 1st floor: add a safety bar in the shower for assistance in case of a fall. Many families travel with their elderly loved ones as we did, and they can't do the stairs, so the 1st floor rooms are a great choice. Also, adding somewhere to place your soap and shower gel other than the floor would be nice. We paid for the spa/pool to be heated, but unless I missed it in the details, the only thing that was heated was the spa. The outside pool area could use some TLC as well, and removal of the weeds in between the bricks would create a more immaculate look to the lanai. Also, I know it's the south, however, an exterminator should be considered to eliminate the baby roaches we would see in the kitchen from time to time. A Swiffer would be a great addition in the home as well as the kitchen floor collects dirt, etc. easily.Overall, the stay was fine. I would recommend the home.

Great for family get away !!

This house was nothing short of amazing! The cleanliness to the vibe of the house was incredible! Me and my family were so sad to leave when it was time to check out ! If you are planning a family vacation or a vacation in general this is definitely the way to go , the kids definitely enjoyed the movie theater and the pool and spa , we did decide to rent a grill and everything was in place the moment we arrived I rate it a 20/20

Fantastic

My family and I stayed over the weekend, and we were very impressed with the layout of the home, facilities and amenities. The entire house was well cleaned, organized and well-coordinated. Each room is themed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The accommodations were very comfortable. Communicating with the property owner was easy and accessible. We will definitely revisit this place in the future!!!!

Ideal holiday.

We absolutely loved the property and would definitely come back again. It was perfect for our family holiday at Disney. We are grandparents and had our children and grandchildren with us. The house provided lots is space for everyone to have their own rooms with lots of bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and the adults could all prepare meals together in comfort with everything we needed. The kids loved the theatre room and just loved being in the pool together. The house is in a resort so has a gorgeous large pool with all kinds of activities. We would like to come back and just spend time at the house and in the common resort area. We highly recommend this property and think that it is a perfect holiday home. Vivian was the best host and was extremely responsive and we had lots of communication. There was a bit of damage from the last hurricane and she was very quick to get everything fixed and make sure that we had a perfect stay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday home

Sweet 16th Celebration

Comfortable for a big group
