Very kind and friendly staff. Easy checkin and checkout. Loved the buffet breakfast. Very spacious room. Onsite parking. Booked this hotel for shuttle to Disney parks. But frequency of shuttle is once a day one way that was bit surprising and couldn’t use all days. TV only has cable connection and no apps like YouTube etc. I strongly suggest carry your casting device if you need for kids.

The hotel is excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, we would like to register our dissatisfaction regarding the parking charge process. At check-in, we did not receive clear instructions on how to correctly make the payment. Due to the lack of proper guidance, we ended up paying incorrectly, which resulted in an additional charge of $130 beyond what was necessary. When we approached the front desk to request a refund, we were informed that nothing could be done because the parking app is managed by a third-party company. As a result, we were left with this loss, even though we followed the instructions initially provided to us. We submit this complaint in hopes that the hotel will review its procedures and communication with guests to prevent others from experiencing the same issue. We also kindly ask that the hotel reevaluate our case and assist us, if possible, in obtaining the refund for the amount charged in error.

The room was fine. We were upgraded due to one person having mobility issues in our party. But we also booked because of the free breakfast and free parking and now month later are being charged $75 for parking. No one seems to know anything about it, what a hassle. Get everything in writing at the time or else!
