Great house and location

Lovely and comfortable house with plenty of room for our family. Location is great - close to everything but far enough from the central bustle to disney so its more quiet. The management company responsed quickly to any questions. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a limit of 2 vehicles. There isnt anywhere else for a 3rd car to park within any short distance.

Weekend getaway

Overall the property met our expectations and was as shown on the pictures. There were enough beds for all of us and it was roomy. The only drawbacks were that the property hadn’t been cleaned when part of our group arrived for check in. However, the propert manager did reach out and let me know that the cleaners were running late and they did clean the property efficiently and timely. The only other drawback was that our vehicle was towed because the back is the car was overlapping on the sidewalk behind the rise car. I will say that I failed to read the bottom of the instructions sent where it said that I’d you have more than one vehicle to park one of them in guest parking. The only other negative was that the WiFi didn’t work during the time of our stay. According to the manager there was an outage l, but there seem to be other networks available except for the one in the property. With 4 college students in our stay all with assignments due, this was a big inconvenience. Overall it was an okay experience and the property was in a nice enclosed community so safety was good.

All around good experience

Very clean living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The utensils and appliances were clean, in working order, and a welcome surprise. Some of the nicer places I've stayed weren't as welcoming and warm. The hot tub was almost empty, but still on for some reason. Tried contacting host, but never received an answer. We were too busy to use it anyway, so it wasn't a sticking point for us. The on site pool was the perfect size for the amount of people we saw there each day. The gym/workout area wasn't maintained very well. The parking was slightly confusing. I had a 12 passenger van, and if I had to abide by the signs, I wouldn't have known where to park it. Luckily, even though I was blocking the sidewalk, I never got towed. The location was wonderful! I liked being far enough off the main roads to not have to deal with traffic noise. But we were within 10 miles of everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

VRBO stay.

All was perfect. No complaints. There is a leak in the second floor bathroom sink that is causing a little mold to show up. That might want to be looked at to avoid future issues. Everything was great.

Overpriced and dirty

We did not have a good experience here at all. Although the property slept 10 people it was not properly equipped for all of us. There were six bath towels in the house so not everyone could shower and have a dry towel. There were barely any towels for the pool (only one that we can remember). We had to take multiple trips to the store for various items like this that should have been supplied. Not very user-friendly for people who are flying since you'll have to leave things behind. The house was overall pretty dirty, and only had superficial cleaning done. There were gross stains all over the molding in the bathrooms. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken or in disrepair and the living room furniture was absolutely filthy and we felt uncomfortable sitting in it. The living room area could not accommodate ten people. There was a hot tub out back that had dirty stagnant water in it, and the patio area that only sat two people was right next to the air conditioner so couldn't be used. Also, the house does have a stacked washer and drier but it's only big enough for maybe two people to use, not 10. We had to do multiple runs of laundry every day to keep up. The biggest issue we had was communication. The dishwasher did not work at all. We texted the rental company on Sunday and got no reply. Finally when we got a free moment on our vacation we called them on Wednesday and told the the dishwasher needed to be replaced. They did send a repair man who decided it needed to be replaced, but we heard nothing at all from them the rest of the week. Ultimately with lots of back and forth we got a small amount back on the rental but not anywhere near enough to make up for how much time we had to spend cleaning the dishes, and the rest of the house for that matter. They also told us that they didn't bother to answer our text because it wasn't an emergency. So I guess they just regularly don't reply to their guests. They get two stars because the location was decent, and the kids were all so eager to leave at the end of the week that we barely heard a peep out of them during the entire trip home. We are pretty sure they aren't going to ask to go back to Disney/universal ever again. Guys, don't bother. We've been going to Disney with the kids for years and this by far has been the worst rental we have ever had. There are a lot of other fantastic companies out there who actually take pride in their properties.
