!!! Please contact us for our monthly rental discounts!!! Our house is located only 5 miles from Disney in the brand new subdivision of Spectrum+ within the high-end resort of Reunion. You will have complimentary access to the Spectrum+ Resort (Complimentary access to 7 pools - 1 of them is located in front of the house - See map in our pictures). On top of that, our house is located in front of the main pool, giving you a wonderful view and access to the amenities.
It is modernly decorated and spacious. It features an open floor plan to kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor with ceramic tile throughout except the bedrooms which feature carpet.
All 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a queen bed) are on the second floor including the laundry room. This rental sits in a Spectacular community that offers golf, restaurant/bar, tennis, and much more. The property is located only 5 miles from Disney... Don't wait any longer.
