La habitación presentaba un daño en el lavamanos, daño que, a pesar de ser informado desde la llegada, no fue resuelto, el segundo día encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación, se solicitó el respectivo aseo y la respuesta fue que solo se hacía aseo después de 3 noches, las fotos distan mucho de la realidad. Como puntos a favor, el desayuno fue bueno, con diferentes opciones y excelente atención por parte de la encargada.
The room had damage to the sink, which, despite being reported upon arrival, was not fixed. On the second day, we found a cockroach in the room. We requested cleaning, but were told that housekeeping is only provided after three nights. The photos are very far from the reality. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with different options and excellent service from the staff member in charge.
