With 5 bedrooms all with brand new mattresses and 5 bathrooms, "South facing villa" is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 10 guests plus infants in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 12 guests. The house has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with smart 85"TV. Excellent relaxing sitting area by the swimming pool with ceiling fans on warm sunny days.
The clubhouse has brand-new waterslides and amusement park for our younger guests. It has new renovated facility with bar options.
Golf courses: For the golfer, there are endless option, you can probably play on different golf course every day during your vacation with less than 15 minutes’ drive, while the nearest golf course is just around the corner. Disney World: Disney world is just around the block (about 5 mins drive to EPCOT). Disney downtown is close by and it is nice to go there to relax and look at all the Disney features, there are nice walkways and nice restaurants all around. Don't forget the Disney other attractions, like Cirque Soleil. All information can be found in the information desk at the Club House located at the main entrance into the Community.
