A casa estava exatamente como anunciada. Os principais destaques foram a decoração muito bonita e que agradou bastante as crianças. Outros destaques foram a qualidade das roupas de cama e toalhas, a limpeza e a disponibilidade de todos os itens necessários a uma estadia bastante confortável.Outro ponto forte é a localização bastante próxima dos parques da Disney.

Our stay had both positives and drawbacks. The home was very spacious, allowing each family member their own room and bathroom (except the kids sharing one). It was clean on arrival, and the heated pool was a big hit—my son used it every morning despite the cool weather. The common area had plenty of seating for family time, and the kids loved the room decor.On the downside, communication was often delayed, with slow responses and the host noting they were “closed on Sundays,” which was frustrating during an active stay. While replies were thorough when received, the delays were noticeable compared to other vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Additionally, although towels and starter items were advertised, there was no hand soap, washcloths, or basic cleaning supplies, requiring a gravoery store run and about 75 in extra expenses. For a large home and a five-night stay, better-stocked basics would have been appreciated. The bathrooms were also not all equipped with mats which was not safe for my older family members. The towels were clean but had visible stains on them. The location was not as central as we imagined and dealt with a lot of traffic (I’m sure the holidays played into this factor) All in all, the house was fine but it was not like stays we have experienced. Small adjustments and considerations to make our stay more comfortable would make us want to return.

We loved the layout, perfect for families. Plenty of bathrooms(3 have their own) and one shared for the double bed rooms. Laundry on site is awesome! Location and amenities were excellent. It was the perfect touch of Disney vibe and classy. Everyone in my family loved it and we would absolutely return! The house was clean and the personal pool was perfect after a long hot day. Very quiet area!The only cons were it said no pool towels included, so I packed one for everyone (6) which took up a lot of space for a suitcase, and there was in fact pool towels to borrow. Also I paid the extra for the heated pool, it really didnt feel heated, I think you could skip that expense. The last was there is a bench that the trash goes in and that was filthy.

Very nice house - better communication needed

We found the house overall spacious, and very clean. We appreciated the easy check-in and check-out processes. The entry gate is super frustrating at times and causes major backups. I had a few communication issues with the property manager. I called and messaged about an early check-in but didn’t get a response and I also sent over a request to have the pool vacuumed on our 2nd day due to a lot of debris but I never heard back at all.

A great property with a large pool.

We stayed here as two families and there was plenty of space. The pool is a great size and the games room is a nice touch. The property has everything you need for a home from home holiday. The communication was good and they are very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We Loved our stay

The home was clean, no bugs and looked as pictured. Everything worked well. Management was very kind in letting us have early check in because of the heavy storm coming into Orlando. We greatly appreciated that and thank you again for your kindness. The refrigerator and freezer worked well, our bottles of water froze solid for the parks. The only thing we didn't like, were the ceiling fans. They are very loud and because the blades are incased in the light the air only blew straight down and didn't circulate the air in the room. Even still, we would rent the house for vacation again.
