Check in was quick but host was rude when we contacted him the evening of check in about dirty lawn furniture and pool heat at 102 ( was to be set to 88). He accused my husband of changing the heat and was very argumentative that we had changed it - we did NOT touch it. He also texted my husband when he thought he was talking to his cleaner about the lawn furniture saying “these people have already been harassing me” This was my worst experience in 10 plus years of booking through VRBO.
