Welcome to Sunset Dreams Villa, a stylish 4-bedroom, 4-bath home perfectly located near Orlando’s top attractions. This professionally decorated retreat features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating—8 at the dining table and 4 more at the breakfast bar—making it ideal for family meals and gatherings.

The open-concept living area offers a cozy sectional and a 50-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day. Step outside to your private screened pool and spillover spa, complete with outdoor dining, a half bath, and plenty of seating to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom for easy access and privacy. Upstairs features the spacious king master suite with a private bath, a second queen bedroom, and a fun themed kids’ room with two full beds. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Great villa in a quiet but convenient locationWe stayed here for two weeks in January 2026 and had a very enjoyable stay. The villa was well maintained, clean, and located in a quiet area, which was perfect for unwinding, while still being close enough to the main theme parks to make days out easy and convenient.The management company was responsive and helpful when I contacted them before the trip, which was reassuring and appreciated.The listing photos are clearly a few years old, and there are some subtle differences between the images and the current setup, but nothing that was detrimental or impacted our stay in any way.A couple of the TVs upstairs didn’t appear to be connected, so they couldn’t be used, but this was a very minor issue and didn’t take away from the overall experience.Overall, a comfortable and well-located villa, and we’d happily consider staying again.

Our stay was perfect. Leading up to the stay, the team answered all of our questions promptly. When we arrived, everything was as shown in the pictures. The location was perfectly tucked away from the chaotic Disney/Universal area, but still close enough for us to get to both parks in 30-min or less. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic time

We loved staying at this property. We were 10 of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool heat was a great decision since it was a bit cool, the kids were in it early morning to late evening. We had a fabulous time !!!

Windows were so dirty. The pool area is a beautiful view if the windows were clean Dish drain was broken, kitchen faucet leaked Baseboards and air vents were filthy All foot petal trash cans would not open This could be such a nice place with a little care

We spent 6days here. Property was great. House was amazing, nice neighborhood, convenient to everything. Only problem we had was ants in the kitchen. The sand areas near the pool filter outside beside the house, was full of ant hills which they later found there way in side. This is an easy fix with an exterminator. Would definitely stay here again.

My family (me, husband, 2 teens, and a 10-year old) had plenty of space and really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. We were in town for the Disney Junior Soccer Showcase and the location of the property was close to the attraction. It was a great stay!

Perfect Vacation

My family loved our stay at this house, it was perfect. Everything we needed was available to us at this house. The house was very clean, comfortable bedrooms, neighborhood was nice, the swimming pool and deck was wonderful, restaurants and parks were close distance. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!
