We came down for a cheer competition for several days. I brought four children with me and our dogs. From the very beginning, the homeowners were very quick quick and responding to any messages that I sent. When I asked them to make an exception by allowing three dogs instead of two, they did agree to that. Everything was sent away in advance of information I needed on the home and the day of I also received correspondence from the owners. The house was an immaculate condition just like the pictures show. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house as well as the other pools on property. Neighborhood is very quiet and gated. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood where you can eat, but there’s also lots of fast food and other restaurants right outside the neighborhood. We hope to get to stay there again when we come back to Orlando.

Property was very clean. All appliances (coffeemaker, toaster ect) great working condition. Kids enjoyed the movie room. Rooms very spacious. Too many light switches (could not figure out what they all went to).Enough dinner/glassware for all 10 of us plus more. Michelle is a wonderful host, answered any of my questions quickly. Pool/hot tub clean.

The host was great and got us the information in a timely manner. Overall, our experience was positive although the home had a few things that could have been better. The floor in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas were quite dirty. Someone had taken out the trash, and it must have leaked because there was a sticky substance on the floor by the trash can that had been tracked around and not cleaned up. It made all our feet and socks quite dirty. Regarding the beds, the master bedroom mattress seemed to be the hardest one in the whole place. After one night on it we ended up buying a king-sized mattress pad so we could sleep. The pool was warm even though it was cold outside, which was very nice, and once we figured out how to turn on and heat the hot tub, we were able to use it as well. Better directions as to where and how to use the timer switch for the hot tub would have been nice. The home had a fair number of cups, plates, pans, and utensils, although not many. The home did not have any extra (beyond maybe one or two) rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, or laundry soap. We have stayed in numerous properties and this home had the barest minimums compared to others. There was not salt or pepper for example. Other than a few minor items, this was a great place and accommodated our six-member family well.

Our group had a great stay. There was plenty of room for us and our pets. Communication was great. We had no issues checking in or out. Clean property with a central location. We also enjoyed the pool, the large patio area was where we spent most of our time. Most of our group parked on the street up front with no issues, there is also a driveway that fits two cars in the back. We would be happy to stay there again.

Michelle was great and the house was fantastic. Our family vacation trip started out a little rough, we drove down from michigan and ended up with car problems when we first arrived. Michelle was very understanding and gracious! We were able to access our rental property a little earlier and thus helped us to start relaxing a few hoirs earlier. Our family lived the rental property and are already asking to do it again!!
He enjoyed watching us play in the pool!
