I stayed at the property from Oct 31st to Nov 2nd for the weekend. This is a very cozy and clean studio apartment which was perfect fo myself and my 2 dogs. There is a fenced in yard at lights at night so my dogs really enjoyed it also.

The unit is small but close to UCF. Check in was easy. The owner sends you a code via email. The unit is run down and needs TLC. Also, the owner lacks professionalism. I requested to check in a few hours early and add an extra dog to our stay (total of 3), and was asked to pay 125 extra via another app (I should have known better! - my mistake) because he needed to sanitize the unit early. Due to a family emergency, I ended up only taking only 1 dog - but he has not refunded me. The unit was dirty, not sanitized, the floors were dirty and there were fruit flies everywhere from the tree outside. I cleaned the floors myself while there. One week later, I'm still waiting for the refund, despite numerous requests. Not what you would expect from a VRBO unit owner, and I've stayed at plenty.

Fantastic with a private fenced outdoor space

This was perfect for a long wedding weekend and we were able to have our dogs with us. The neighborhood is great for walks and everyone was friendly. The private fenced courtyard area was ideal since we could enjoy the beautiful Florida weather with our dogs. This place was clean and had everything there needed for our stay. Loved the decor as well. Oh and the king bed was super comfortable which is a hit or miss at times. Definitely would stay again.

A very pleasant host and property

We enjoyed our stay here! I would recommend for a couple rather than more people but the host William was attentive and super helpful when we left airpods after our check out. He had them overnighted to us immediately. Very happy!

Decent overall.

Some communication issues were immediately evident from both VRBO and owner. Once we were in touch with owner, communication was great. Property had some higher level maintenance needs which I shared with owner. Was not pleased with how I was treated afterward. Was a good stay overall. Neighoborhood was great, location was great as well for our needs in the area. Nice place, has everything one needs for sleeping, cooking, hygeine, and even a little private outdoor relaxation in a hammock. I told the owner everything about my stay, and he thanked me for not posting the long version of my review, but future renters should know. Great place for an intimate couple, not as great if youre a single parent traveling with adult children. Make sure you mention if you find a previous guests dog doo, and make sure you clean up your dogs doo too, its the coursteous thing to do.

UCF move in weekend

When the hotels were booked for college move in day, we tried Vrbo and was very pleased with our find. This place is close to UCF in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The place was cute and clean. The only problem was the A/C and TV. We called William and he came and fixed it. I think the problem was the excessive heat outside in August, the style and location of the unit wasn't hitting the bed. I like it cold when we slept. The TV would freeze on a channel and we could not even turn it off. We had to unplug it. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Great for "home" after days of Theme Parks or Beach...... everything you need in the area, driveable, with no stress accomodations compared to a hotel......."sleeps 4" , but 2 adults in a comfy bed, a futon couch that my 17 year old said was great, if there is a 4th person, a small futon chair folds out for an adolescent...... I am happy I selected this for our week long Orlando trip, make it as home -like as you want.

Great little property and location near UCF and anything else you'd need. Almost don't want to leave a review and keep this place a secret for when it's hard to find lodging near the University during big event weekend ;o) Helpful amenities like a kitchenette and washer/dryer, which definitely beats a standard hotel room.
