The host was easily the best communicator I have ever had on any platform! The house was immaculate and also spacious for 5 adult males traveling for work. We would definitely stay here again. I cannot thank the host enough.

The house was very clean and roomy. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking supplies. The host was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Only issues we had were a lounge chair that was rusted out and broke and the ice maker stopped working at some point (which wasn’t a huge deal). I would suggest having a book or folder with directions to the on site resort, local restaurants and things nearby to do. Overall we had a great stay.

Disappointed to find that the main TV is broken and upon alerting the host it indicated a new TV was ordered but would not be installed before my stay ended. Also alerted the host that the refrigerator is not making ice and appeared to be iced over. The neighbors behind tended to get loud and seemed to swim each night around 10-11pm.
The main TV color was broken.
Ice maker was frozen and not producing ice.

Great stay overall, just wish the hot-tub was warmer.

We had a great stay overall! The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable for our group. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. We specially appreciated the spacious layout and neighborhood.The only downside was the temperature of the pool and hot tub- the water wasn’t as warm as we expected, which was a bit disappointing since we were really looking forward to using them.We would definitely consider staying here again if they fix the water temperature.

Comfortable stay close to the parks

The house was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, depending on who else is renting at the time. The location is good and not too far from the parks. The property owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time.
